Executes Otis collections process to maximize collections while managing retention.
Executes the collection process by prioritizing activities across client accounts.
Cross train on other processes such as preparation of collection packages, performing write offs, providing invoice copies, and handling disputes.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
Excellent verbal communication (English B2-C1) skills and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
Familiarity with basic financial terminology and account management.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Fluent in numerous computer-based collections applications.
Education: Student or professional in Administration, accounts or related. Excel Intermediate.
Experience: 6 months at least working for Finance department (desirable).

Global Risk Review (GRR) provides independent, objective, reliable, valued and timely assurance to the Board of Directors and Committees of Citigroup and Citibank, NA, to the Citigroup Chief Risk Officer, the Citigroup Chief Credit Officer, senior management and regulators as to the effectiveness of credit and collateral risk management and the ability of the Business and Independent Risk Management to identify, monitor, mitigate and control current and emerging risks.

The Credit Maintenance Analyst is an entry level position responsible for capturing and recording data related to credit exposure, obligors and facilities in relevant credit systems in coordination with the Operations - Services team. The overall objective of this role is to maintain data quality in credit systems, monitor credit exposure and adhere to overall credit policies.
