ACCOUNT MANAGER   

The Account Manager plays a crucial role as a bridge between the agency and its clients. This position involves managing client relationships, understanding the client's needs, and ensuring the successful execution of communication campaigns. This role requires the person to have great project management skills, coordinating with various internal and external teams to deliver high-quality output and maintain client satisfaction. 
 
Key Responsibilities  

• Client Liaison: Address client concerns, serve as a client advocate within the agency, and consistently seek feedback to improve client satisfaction.  
• Campaign Management & Project Coordination: Develop and manage detailed project plans, monitoring campaign performance, and foster collaboration among teams for successful campaigns. Stay updated on marketing trends and conduct post-campaign assessments to drive improvements aligned with the client's objectives.
• Project Quality Assurance: To review deliverables against scope and to ensure quality of deliverables meet expectation.  
• Budget Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive budget tracking system, offering cost-effective solutions, contingency planning, and transparent communication with client to ensure campaign spending remains within budget constraints.  
• Reporting & Communication: Ensures timely and concise client communication, actively seeks feedback for transparency improvement, conducts regular strategy reviews to align long-term goals.
• Problem Solving: Resolves issues and conflicts, collaborates with clients and teams to prevent root causes, and continually refines the resolution process through feedback, maintaining a positive client-agency relationship by conducting follow-ups and proactive issue tracking.  
• Creative Briefing: Client involvement in the creative process, supports the creative team with style guides, collaborates & organizes brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintains a feedback loop with the creative team, and updates brief templates for streamlined efficiency. 
• Market Research & Industry Knowledge: Keeping informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, conducting research and analysis to offer clients strategic insights and recommendations.

Skills 

• Proven work experience in client servicing or account management within an advertising agency or marketing firm.  
• Strong understanding of marketing and advertising principles, campaign management, and digital marketing trends.  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to clients.  
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.  
• Proficiency in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Words and Excel.
• Able to utilize digital analytics knowledge  
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and prospect potential clients, including brands and advertising agencies, who are looking to advertise on billboards, MRT stations, and other Out-Of-Home (OOH) platforms.

3. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our billboard and OOH advertising solutions to clients.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, providing ongoing support, and addressing any concerns or feedback.

6. Stay updated on industry developments in outdoor advertising to continuously enhance your sales approach and product knowledge.

7. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review, providing insights into sales performance and growth opportunities.

Requirements: 

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree or equivalent.

2. A minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in the out-of-home field are added advantage.

3. Good team player and able to lead the sales team with a high sense of job responsibilities, good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.

4. Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia

5. Positive working attitude and willingness to accept challenges.

6. Sociable and confident in interacting with people of different statuses.

7. Possess own transport and willing to travel.

You need to possess good skills in videography, editing as well as having good command in languages like Bahasa Malaysia, English and/or Chinese. You will be working closely with our team managing inbound client enquiries and orders, creating client artworks across a diverse range of advertising media including print and online advertisements, packaging, labels, banners, poster, decorative graphics, car advertisement, menu, social media, commercial and architectural signages.
 

Who we are looking for:

• Your speed and proficiency as a Graphic Designer will be put to good use as you work your way through a variety of jobs in this fast-paced environment. You have a high attention to detail, excellent layout and typographic skills as well as the ability to understand and work within clearly defined guidelines to produce high quality work that’s fit for purpose. 
• Previous experience on design & advertising firm on print and digital knowledge is preferred. 
• With qualifications in Graphic Design, ideally you have a great attitude and you’re a problem solver who attacks challenges head on with drive and passion.
