The Responsibilities

2. Staff Deployment Management and Support (~35%)

• Coordinate the strategic deployment, relocation, and succession planning of seconded personnel to ensure seamless continuity at client sites.
• Oversee employee advancement, fostering a vibrant and efficient company culture while monitoring individual progress.
• Address HR inquiries from colleagues and manage grievance cases when necessary.
• Contribute to monthly payroll activities and facilitate government program claims (e.g., traineeships) for optimal operational support.

3. Overseeing and optimizing training initiatives (~15%)

• Collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders to implement HR initiatives aimed at enhancing company performance and fostering increased efficiency among employees.
• Assess the training requirements of new hires and actively guide them through the necessary training programs.
• Regularly interact with colleagues to evaluate their needs and recommend training when required.

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in human resource management, social sciences, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience; however, applicants lacking relevant experience are welcome to apply and will be evaluated on an individual basis.
• Should feel at ease collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Key attributes required are autonomy, accountability, task-oriented focus, and adeptness in multitasking.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of HR functions including payroll processing, recruitment, learning and talent development etc.
• Work closely with all HODs to support them in their respective manpower requisition needs and follow-up accordingly.
• Update job specifications, source suitable job applicants for HODs to select/ interview and follow-up with successful job candidates for job offers.
• Responsible for onboarding process including applicable documents for employment offers to successful candidates.
• Update orientation materials for new employees' orientation.
• Source suitable training & development programs to upskill employees' competency and professionalism.
• Responsible for recommendation of suitable training courses for employees and liaison with training providers and respective HODs on training matters.
• Manage and coordinate all student internship matters with the various institutions (e.g. ITE, Polytechnics, Universities).
• Source/process and follow-up on applicable Government Grants and Subsidies.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or any related field.
• Min. 1 year experience as a HR Coordinator or Junior HR Executive.
• Bonus if possess HR experience in F&B industry (not necessary)

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist on all accounting matters (AP & AR).
2. In-charge of petty cash and staff expenses claims.
3. Liaise with suppliers on payment issues. Verify invoices and reconcile with supplier’s Statement of Accounts.
4. Assist & support on quarterly GST returns.
5. Filing for all accounts & HR documents.
6. Assist with end-of-month tasks like putting together entries and financial reports.
7. Help get things ready for audits and liaise with auditors when needed.
8. Handle foreign workers payroll and welfare matters
9. Responsible for foreign workers’ work passes (new application, renewal and cancellation) recruitment.
10. Preparation of employment contracts and other HR letters/miscellaneous HR related correspondences.
11. To maintain employee data and files, ensuring they are well organised and up-to-date.
12. Renewal of company insurance policy, road tax, tenancy contracts, foreign workers courses, season parking, etc.
13. Sourcing and purchasing for company corporate event planning, company inventories, festive celebration, company annual dinner, office cleaning supplies and pantry needs etc.
14. Manage and distribute stationery supplies, mails, office equipment and maintenance

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative and support role including HR & Finance

• Fast learner and able to multi-task

• Positive working attitude and willing to learn

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office

• Able to work independently

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
