Responsibilities

• Able to handle Information Counter / Concierge Counter in shopping malls.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve complaint via phone or face-to-face contact.
• To monitor floor operations and oversee promotion setup and events performance.
• Handling all services/facilities provided at the Information Counter (baby stroller, wheelchair, umbrella, portal, paging).
• Assist in all marketing redemption promotions and keep records of all transactions.
• Assist Advertising & Promotions Department in data entry of customers’ profile.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Building Executive in maintenance operational matters.
• To maintain, troubleshoot and up keep of all M&E services to ensure that they are in good working condition at all times.
• Assists and perform daily maintenance work order and submit to superior upon completion.
• Assists and perform breakdown of Electrical, Air conditional, Plumbing and M&E system.
• Assists and hands-on the installation of Electrical, Air conditional, Plumbing and M&E parts.
• Assists and record the inventory of maintenance materials.
• To ensure the Electrical system, air conditioning system and plumbing system, toilet accessories and fitting, M&E equipment, ventilation is functioning and in order.
• To attend to tenant’s complaints as and when requested.
• To assist in the setting up of promotion activities.
• To assist in the checking and follow up on all works carried out by the contractor to ensure that they are comply to specification and of good workmanship.
• To advise the Supervisor on all matters pertaining to the safety and operations of the electrical system.
• To carry out other works as and when requested / instructed by the superior.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily maintenance such as cleaning of ticket readers and printer.
• Reports on any malfunctioning of equipment and attempts on-the-spot repairs where possible.
• To ensure that all equipment is functioning efficiently, breakdown to be reported to security office & car park officer immediately.
• Responsible in troubleshooting of potential problems and in performing simple operational maintenance procedures.
• Respond expediently to customer complaints and report to Security Office and immediate superior immediately.
• Generally, assists members of the public where assistance is required.
• Monitoring daily activities at car park including traffic and crowd movements.
• Responsible to report immediately to Security Office and immediate superior of any safety & security issue, general incident, accident, and traffic flow.
• Responsible to ensure each car park level is clean and free of debris and reinforcement tools are in place.
• Responsible to perform daily morning checks on all equipment to ensure no tampering, that all are properly locked and secured.
• Responsible to perform car park collections on hourly parking basis.
• Responsible to maintain various record keeping manuals/logs relative to the operational aspects of the car park.
• Performs manual barrier arm openings as authorized instructed by car park supervisor in the event of equipment failure.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U or Diploma in any field.
• Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude with good communication skill.
• Willing to work on shifts, public holidays and 6 days week.
