• One year experience, within the last four years in the synchronous and asynchronous instructional systems design and in the development of skills-based instruction to adults to include using web-based or distance learning teaching technologies,( e.g., Centra, Blackboard , Question mark, Sum Total).
• Two years experience in ISD.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop language materials/content to mirror language analyst tasks and update existing materials to meet language training requirements;
• Use blended learning techniques which may include a combination of eLearning tools, video and audio exercises, readings, case studies, and demonstrations of required skills through work related tasks in accordance with Government guidance;
• Clarify and document customer operational requirements, training objectives and language level of materials;
• Assist in the prioritization of requirements for training development;
• Research and leverage classified and unclassified domain-specific language resources for relevant, authentic language content; develop training materials to include transcription, translation, and analysis of operational, task-based exercises;
• Collaborate with language instructors and other Government and Contractor developers in the design, development and documentation of language and domain -“specific training materials;
• Employ technology, Adobe C5S, Adobe Premier in developing training materials for language learning that combines blended delivery modes such as online, distance, asynchronous eLearning technology and self -“paced instructions;
• Collaborate with SIGINT Operations technical experts as well as other Government and Contractor instructors and developers to obtain and develop language materials;
• Develop practical evaluations to test the student's mastery of the learning and/or performance objectives;
• Identify and recommend learning applications and tools that enhance training delivery; and
• Team with other Government and contract language instructors and developers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and update language materials to mirror customer requirements;

• Use blended learning techniques which may include a combination of eLearning tools, video and audio exercises, readings, case studies, and demonstrations of required skills through work related tasks;

• Clarify and document customer operational requirements, training objectives and language level of materials;

• Assist in prioritizing training development requirements and recommend learning applications and tools that enhance training delivery;

• Research and leverage classified and unclassified domain-specific language resources for relevant, authentic language content; develop training materials to include transcription, translation, and analysis of operational, task-based exercises;

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop and document language and domain -specific training materials;

• Employ technology, such as Adobe C5S and Adobe Premier, to develop training materials

• Develop practical evaluations to test the student's mastery of the learning and/or performance objectives.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$53,200 - $111,600

• You will disassemble, examine and determine depth of aircraft rework.
• You will troubleshoot, test, coordinate and align complex aircraft systems.
• You will repair, modify, assemble, and test aircraft and F/E components such as arresting and landing gear.
• You will assemble and test aircraft landing gear, struts and related component parts.

Starting at $37.22 Per Hour (WL 10)

• You will instruct apprentices, trainees, journeymen, workers, military personnel and others in trade theory, techniques and practices.
• You will conduct training sessions designed to update, improve, and upgrade the knowledge and skills of others by selecting, modifying, and using various instructional methods and techniques.
• You will evaluate the progress of workers in terms of such factors as interest, cooperation, assimilation of basic fundamentals and theory, and practical application of work methods.

• You will serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) advisor to senior customer command leadership and support personnel, and to Fleet Sailors for interpretation and application of Navy advancement procedures and NEAS inquiries.
• You will cite and explain applicable directives, policy and procedures regarding examination ordering and correction of exam discrepancies, including documentary requirements.
• You will Respond to telephone, email, and fax inquiries on Navy-wide advancement exam ordering and correction of exam discrepancies.
• You will prepare, proofread, file, interpret, collect, photocopy, and distribute incoming and outgoing exam-related materials, including naval messages, official letters, and email.

-Working under the guidance of senior analyst(s), applies a range of analytical, mathematical, and/or statistical
theories, principles, and practices to plan, coordinate, and execute segments of complex studies.
-Compiles, organizes, and analyzes data/information to find solutions to problems requiring the use of a broad range of established operations research methods and techniques

-Keeps abreast of emerging technologies and professional development to remain current in the field and for application to work assignments

Starting at $70,655 Per Year (GS 11)

• You will use of various computer systems used in the planning and programming of student training for various training opportunities.
• You will use the principles, methods, practices, and techniques of education and various instructional delivery systems used in skills and knowledge training for officer and enlisted technical training.
