Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality control practices and procedures for the manufacturing process.
• Perform internal quality checks on material, printing, finishing and finished goods.
• Monitor or observe operations to ensure that it meets production standards.
• Monitor performance of workers and ensure any defects are rectified.
• Prepare report.
• Involvement in ISO documentations, QA documentation and data control.
• Ensure safety and compliance of work on production.

Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing/production are added advantage.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and standards.
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.

Job Descriptions:

1.     Analyze requirements documentation and provide constructive feedback with detailed test estimations

2.     Perform test scoping, estimation, preparation, and execution for application enhancements and bug fixes

3.     Administer detailed test plans, progress reports, and end of test reports

4.     Liaise with product managers, team leads, and developers to accurately understand the systems and produce effective test scripts and execution plans

5.     Define test scenarios based on business requirements

6.     Debug, record, and manage defects throughout project lifecycle

7.     Ensure application/system delivered to the end-user with adequate quality

8.     Create and own a scalable testing pipeline throughout the development lifecycle

Deskripsi Umum, Tugas & Tanggung jawab :

1. Mampu memimpin departemen dan melakukan perbaikan di departemennya
2. Memantau dan melakukan evaluasi atas segala hal yang telah ditetapkan yang terkait dengan kesepakatan persyaratan kualitas perusahaan
3. Memantau konsistensi implementasi sistem manajemen ISO secara periodik di semua departemen
4. Memantau dan memastikan pelaksanaan proses perbaikan berkelanjutan di semua departemen melalui mekanisme yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan
5. Bertindak sebagai Auditor pada pelaksanaan program audit internal yang telah ditetapkan dalam kebijakan sistem manajemen di lingkup perusahaan
6. Bertindak sebagai Auditor yang mewakili perusahaan dalam pelaksanaan program audit supplier atau pihak eksternal lain yang terkait dengan implementasi sistem manajemen
7. Mendukung pelaksanaan audit dari pihak ekternal yang melibatkan badan sertifikasi, badan pemerintah, pelanggan dan atau pihak lain yang terkait dengan implementasi sistem manajemen

• Melaksanakan pengujian bahan baku, pengukuran, dan pengujian sampel produk setengah jadi maupun sudah jadi
• Penyortiran sampel maupun produk jadi
