Position purpose:

This role requires a proactive, a team player & an open minded individual as a Supply Chain Executive reporting direct to Regional Operation Manager.

Demand planning:

• Demand planning for Malaysia.
• Manage stock reservation Storage location for Malaysia.
• Coordinate with the stakeholders of forecast Bias, supply risk & SLOB.
• Manage the Planning book and lead in monthly SNOP meeting.
• Review & submit monthly resupply for Hong Kong upon consolidate planning book.

• Liaise with outbound team for booking of shipments.
• Manage Inbound discrepancies.
• Manage Malaysia bundling (Article creation, Update PLC, bundle PO to send to warehouse for processing, Ensure HSA & ICP updated, decoding assigned).
• Stocks transfer within Storage location (MIGO).
• Assist with reports (Supply tracker, tracking shipments, consolidate discrepancies, outbound freight details)

• 3-4 years experiences in Demand/Supply & inbound/Outbound. Diploma/Degree holder preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Well versed in SAP, MS excel & PowerPoint.
• A great team player.

Job Brief:

The Operation teams cover the end-to-end operational process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the platform to when the buyer receives the product. This position will be part of Customer Service, which handles inquiries from Singapore sellers and buyers via various channels (voice, email, online chats, case management, etc). • Carry out review and provide supplier service level (SSL) report to management team
