Responsibilities:

Description:

• Engineer will be involved in various solarisation programmes / projects for JTC buildings/properties, specifically in:

1. The study and evaluation of the roof structural design of various JTC buildings/properties for suitability to install solar photovoltaic (PV) panels on the roof, and development of innovative solarisation solutions/designs for implementing solar PV on building roof with technical constraints;
2. Feasibility study on developing innovative solarisation solutions/designs for unutilised building/land spaces; and
3. Implementation and project management of various pipeline and on-going JTC’s roof solarisation projects including supervising the physical solar PV installation works.

• Engineer will also be required to work on C&S engineering works of JTC building development projects, Renovation & Refurbishment (R&R) and Additions & Alteration (A&A) projects.
