DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1.      To comply with the requirements of the Management System implemented in the organisation (HACCP, ISO 14001, BRC-IoP Packaging and FSC Chain of Custody)

2.      To be responsible for product safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality system implemented.

3.      Coordinates laboratories or testing of products and as well as calibration for equipment used in a laboratory for the testing

4.      To ensure the process capability of all products are being monitored and controlled according to the requirements.

5.      To conduct training program on product defects, product knowledge and GMP requirements.

6.      To conduct testing for current product or new product (sample) and work together with Buss. Dev department

7.  To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and design specifications.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with system testing, including functional testing, regression testing, and performance testing.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control inspections and checks on equipment, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System.
• Review and approve quality assurance and quality control documents and reports.
• Work closely with project managers and contractors to address quality issues and develop corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on quality control matters.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in QA/QC.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in QA/QC within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in conducting quality control inspections and checks on equipment and materials.
• Proficient in using quality control tools and software.

• Act as the POC for all things Owner Quality and Cx for site level support on execution of the Program requirements
• Manage the Cx Agent (CxA) and make sure that the CxA deliverables are completed on time and correctly
• Manage the QA team
• Manage the coordination of the transition from L1-3 to L4-5, advising the GC on the equipment delivery sequence to meet the requirements
• Monitor the Cx progress and achievement (tag completion), monitor the Cx escalation process is followed, advise on the state of readiness for the key project milestones
• Identify and escalate any deviation from the program standards
• Identify and escalate any risk to the project
• Provide accurate Cx performance reporting at the project and program level
• Monitor the delivery of the specific Cx execution plan for the project
• Review GC/CxA Cx & QA plans
• Appropriately notify anticipated stakeholders of Cx activities and involve them in key decisions made during the Construction phase
• Attend OAC (Owner Architect Contractor) meetings
• Attend the daily Startup and daily/weekly Cx meetings with the GC and CxA to observe progress and decide upon direction for open issues
• Attend the weekly GC Quality Meeting
• As required, attend site MEP coordination meetings, pull planning meetings, first of kind (FOK) meetings, preparatory meetings, design review meetings and any other project coordinator level meetings
• Participate in Cx Issues Log review, direct the CM/GC and their subcontractors to resolve issues
• Reporting on QCx issues
• Align the GC with the expectations of what the requirements are for the Cx schedule updates
• Monitor the FAT/FWT matrix (to be updated by the GC), participate in FAT/FWT meetings and assist the CxA (as required) to give guidance on what should be FWT/IAWT based on the QCx program
