We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing various HR functions including payroll processing, personnel record management, recruitment, and employee orientation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a thorough understanding of payroll procedures, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Description:

- Process monthly payroll and wages, including payroll summary and related reports.
- Ensure timely statutory submissions related to payroll.
- Maintain accurate personnel records for all staff members.
- Manage employee attendance records and leave administration.
- Update and maintain HRMS and payroll systems.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring vacancies are filled with high-quality candidates within agreed timelines.
- Assist in developing and maintaining personnel record systems in compliance with current legislation.
- Research and analyze salary rates and benefits offered by competitors in the same sector.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
 

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and statutory requirements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Plan and implement early childhood curriculum to meet the physical, emotional and social, intellectual needs of the young children
• Provide activities, apparatus and equipment to support the various curriculum areas planned for the children
• Set-up a conducive, effective, and healthy learning environment for the children
• Provide a safe and clean learning environment for the care and development of the children in the centre
• Maintain good classroom management
• Shower, feed, change diapers, and toilet train the younger children
• Monitor and ensure sick or recovering children take their medicine
• Supervise and manage the children during both indoors and outdoors activities
• Keep progress report and comprehensive portfolio of each child and
• provide input on the child's development
• Report suspected abuse case to the Supervisor
• Build good rapport with parents including maintain regular communication with parents via Parents’ Communication Book
• Build and maintain good rapport with colleagues and children
• Ensure all information relating to children and their families are kept confidential
• Ensure confidential information relating to the Centre are kept confidential
• Ensure compliance to audit, accreditation, licensure, etc requirements
• Assist the Centre to meet all applicable statutory licensing regulations
• Review and recommend improvement to work processes and procedures whenever necessary
• Attend staff meetings and write minutes of meeting

Requirements:

• Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education/ Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant work experience

Salary: $2,600 - $2,800 (will have OT paid if OT)

Responsibilities:

Recruited Candidate is to carry out audit on grants which includes verification of supporting financial source documents and obtaining necessary details and information from the grant recipient.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or Equivalent.
• Able to complete claims processing and audit of claims on a timely basis.
