• Manage costs of construction project to ensure the project is completed within its projected budget
• Forecast the costs of different materials needed for the project

Requirements:

OFFICE MANAGEMENT

• Completion of Risk Assessment in Risk Management System (RMS) 

OTHERS

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree qualification
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa for both written and oral
• MS Office and other computer-aided software’s
• Mature, punctual and disciplined individual, taking his job and responsibility seriously
• At least 7 years working experience and corporate office exposure is advantage

Responsibilities

• To ensure the smooth running of day to day facility operation and to attend adhoc facility repair maintenance activities
• To attend on helpdesk request related to the complaint / request from end users, execute corrective maintenance and get verification from end users / clients for completed work order and submit to Supervisor for work order closing
