PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Internal Sales Engineer is responsible for the preparation and delivering technical presentation and quotations explaining products or services to customers and engineers to assess equipment/screens needs and to determine customer’s requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Maintain existing customers' accounts.
2) Respond to customers' enquiries, follow-up and provide solutions to clients.
3) Review and prepare sales quotation as per customer's enquiries.
4) Provide regular update to customers on project development in a timely manner.
5) Prepare weekly and monthly sales report. Conduct PPM (pre-production meeting).
6) Sales coordination between factory and overseas sales offices.
7) Liaising with customers on technical specifications.
8) Conduct a thorough contract review with the clients prior receiving Sales Order confirmation.
9) Ensure correct and full information about the Sales order are passed to engineering and production. Able to prepare job sheets with all relevant client requirements in it.
10) Support team in preparing marketing, sales & presentation materials.
11) Provide information to team on market forecast and participate in market analysis.
12) Willing to travel when and if needed.
13) Sales follows-ups. (Temporary) To include partial Supply Chain role:
8.1 Pipes & Raw Materials ordering
8.2 Pipes & Raw Materials cost controlling
- Prepare supply agreements
14) Ensures 5S is implemented in the work area.
15) Adheres company’s guidelines with regards to Safety and Quality.
16) Complies to Company Code of Business Conduct.
17) Promote and participate in company-wide or departmental programs such as:
· Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing
· Social Activities

QUALIFICATION GUIDE
1. Education : Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, petroleum or any engineering related course
2. Communication : Fluent both in oral and written English and/or Chinese
3. Experience : Proven and Solid 5 years of work experience in the same field and in the Oil & Gas equipment Manufacturing Environment
4. Software/Hardware : Presentation tools, sales/CRM tools, Microsoft office( word, ppt, Excel – pivot, vlookup), ERP System. Preferably has some knowledge on CAD tool like solid works, inventor or pro-E and able to read drawings.
