Reporting to our Supply Chain Systems Manager, we are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Analyst, who will support our Asia Pacific Supply Chain team to achieve operational efficiency via optimization of orders management and EDI. He/ She will be involved in projects for Finished Goods, Promotional Advertising Materials and Dry Materials’ processes, as well as reports and systems/ business solutions’ propositions to enable smooth, uninterrupted supplies to markets’ and customers through the Regional Distribution Centers in Singapore.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supply Chain Digitization and Transformation Initiatives
· Global track and trace initiative: Partner with business stakeholders and IT colleagues towards driving this key project on Logistics Transformation intended to bring in process and systemic synergies providing greater supply chain visibility to our partners and customers
· Support the end user engagement, design workshops and project phases: UAT, Go Live and post Go Live support
· Support the D2C (Direct to consumer) initiatives and related supply chain and business processes. Partner with business stakeholders to define and support the implementation of D2C strategy in the region
· Support the upcoming SAP S4 & Hana Implementation in the region
· Engage business users and IT to support the Late Differentiation enhancement phases
2. Parallel Import & Traceability Reporting across APAC markets and regions
· Coordinate regional parallel import data collection and decoding in system
· Prepare monthly reporting for respective market and regional stakeholders
· Perform parallel import collection and reporting in a timely and accurate manner
· Ensure traceability tracking with the markets and regional hub
· Act as main liaison for business queries on parallel import & related issues
· Identify improvements to reporting process
· Support implementation of Power BI tracking tool across markets
3. Operational Plans & Business support
· Provide Level 1 business support on SAP SD, MM and EDI areas in the efficient operation of day-to-day business activities
· Support the development of the function’s annual operational plans, RTM (route to market) changes, new product launches in line with the business objectives
· Support training initiatives for the Supply Chain community sharing best practices in SAP SD and MM management, commercial traceability and TNT principles
· Document SOP on Supply Chain business process in SAP ERP implementations and other related software platforms
· Engage markets, support EDI management and day-to-day operational issues ensuring effective management of supply chain practice in the region
4. Process & Systems Optimization
· Evaluate current business processes, uncover areas for improvement and develop optimization strategies such as: developing a PowerBI report for business performance metrics, etc.
· Conduct regional and sub-regional deep dives and fit/gap evaluations; identify and actively challenge deviations to standards and recommend improvements
· Support the change requests process for the Asia Pacific region – help gather and prioritize requests from the markets and manage stakeholders’ expectations
· Development and implement appropriate functional policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures and internal controls supporting the execution of organization’s business imperatives
· Train, coach and guide the Supply Chain teams on the new optimized processes/ systems
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant experiences as an analyst under supply planning / logistics/ inventory management or related fields
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Supply chain / Business / Logistics / Operations Management / Industrial Engineering
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC SD and/or MM modules
- Exposure to OraclE TM or SAP TM or equivalent applications preferred
- Exposure to Power BI and similar tools preferred
- SAP Knowledge in APO preferred
- Experience in leading supply chain related improvement projects preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, team-builder with strong interpersonal skills
- Has the ability to navigate and overcome organizational complexities, ensuring strategic alignment with multiple parties
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English with proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
