Job Description:

• Documentation creation and conversion to Batam standards;
• Drive the development and design transfer for Analytical Lighting products from Salem to Batam, working with Cambridge and Salem counterparts interfacing with Batam Manufacturing team to ensure successful transfer, ultimately leading to mass production in Batam;
• Coordinate and prioritize equipment transfers/CAPEX requirements to ensure timely production transfers as required;
• Provide technical leadership to manage & realize product/process transfer timeline and critical paths to meet transfer objective and target;
