We are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Auditor to join our Internal Audit, Risk and Insurance Team.
We are looking for someone who is qualified and experienced, who maintains a resilient and positive growth mind-set at all times.
You will be a strong team player, with excellent supervisory and mentoring skills, and will be a great role model to our junior colleagues.
You will have significant experience of conducting a diverse range of both risk-based internal audits and consultancy reviews, ideally within the public sector.
You will have experience of contributing towards the creation and review of the rolling risk-based Internal Audit plan.
You will lead by example, be an inspirational role model to others and have strong communication and inter-personnel skills.

- Public sector / local government
- Proven experience of delivering a wide range of audit engagements and consultancy reviews, on time, budget and to the required quality
- Experience of following an Agile Auditing methodology
- Data analytics
- Public Sector Internal Audit Standards + Global Internal Audit Standards
- Experience of leading, mentoring, supervising and training junior colleagues
- Experience of building and maintaining effective and constructive relationships with colleagues, clients and Members
