Major Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Inventory Management: Help oversee stock levels, assist with ordering and receiving products, and conduct inventory counts.
• Receiving and Shipping: Assist in the receiving and delivery processes, ensuring all items are checked, documented, handled properly, and addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Delivery Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch of orders and efficient routing of delivery vehicles.
• Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the routine maintenance and inspection of warehouse equipment, reporting any malfunctions or required repairs.
• Operational Support: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels, order fulfilment, and warehouse performance metrics.
• Problem-Solving: Address operational issues as they arise, providing solutions and support to ensure minimal disruption to warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Skills Required

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Moderate verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
• Strong focus on accuracy, especially in inventory management and order fulfilment.
• Organizational skills. Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving processes and experience working with delivery drivers.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse work.

主要職責

• 營運支援：確保遵守公司政策和程序，包括健康和安全標準。
• 商店維護：確保商店乾淨、井然有序、維護良好，並及時解決任何維護問題。
• 報告：協助準備有關庫存水準、訂單履行和倉庫績效指標的報告。
• 解決問題：解決出現的營運問題，提供解決方案和支持，以確保對倉庫營運的干擾最小化。

所需的資格和技能

理想的候選人將具有/是：

• 至少 5 年倉庫或物流環境經驗。
• 具有中等馬來語口頭和書面溝通能力。能說流利普通話的候選人將是一個額外的優勢。
• 高度重視準確性，特別是在庫存管理和訂單履行方面。
• 組織能力。在快節奏的環境中具有很強的確定任務優先順序和有效管理時間的能力。
• 對倉庫運營、庫存管理和發貨/收貨流程有深入的了解，並具有與送貨司機合作的經驗。
• 能夠舉起和移動重物、長時間站立以及執行與倉庫工作相關的體力任務。

Scope of Work:

• Take overall responsibility and supervise foreign workers' affairs, including accommodation and dormitories.
• Handle worker disciplinary issues.
• Transport workers to clinics, hospitals, banks, etc.
• Pick up and deliver documents to clients.
• Able to work overtime (if necessary).
• Familiar with JB routes or skilled in using GPS.

Requirements:

• Must have at least SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
• Position requires a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related field.
• Languages required: Mandarin, Malay, and basic English.
• Able to work with minimal supervision or independently.
• Full-time position only.
• Must be able to drive a van.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. To provide and manage a safe work environment for staff in the workplace.

2. To create safety awareness and provide safety training programs to staff in workplace.

3. To guide and monitor closely on branches on compliances to safety rules and regulations.

4. To submit weekly report on incidences or situation that arises during the week.

5. To make sure all staff follow all ISO and Company policies and procedures.

6. Take proactive measures to reduce hazards at workplace and prevent future occurrence of incidents or accidents.

7. Investigate cases of incidents or accidents and submit report to management.

8. To give orientation and briefing on S&H for new recruits.

9. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to times.

Job Requirement

1. At least 1-3 years of working experience in OSH.

2. Familiar with OSHA 1994 & FMA 1964.

3. Familiar with ISO 45001 & ISO 9001.

4. Attend and certified in Safety Health Officer course.
