En tant que Data Center Critical Facilities Specialist votre mission principale sera d’exploiter un datacenter, organiser et superviser des tâches d’exploitation et de maintenance sur les systèmes de production et de distribution électrique, les systèmes de refroidissement et de ventilation, les dispositifs de lutte contre les incendies, le contrôle d’accès, et assurer la coordination des prestataires pour tout ce qui s'y rapporte.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Functions as part of the dialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse in accordance with organization policies, procedures, and training and in compliance with regulations set forth by the corporation, state, and federal agencies. Responsible for the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines. Assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment. Supports the organization commitment to the Quality Enhancement Program (QEP) and CQI Activities, including those related to patient satisfaction and actively participates in process improvement activities that enhance the likelihood that patients will achieve the organization Quality Enhancement Goals (QEP).

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Patient Related

Education:

• Assist other health care members in providing patient specific detailed education regarding adequacy measures where appropriate - Online Clearance Monitoring (OLC), Adequacy Monitoring Program (AMP), Urea Kinetic Modeling (UKM), and regarding disease process/access.

Treatment:

• Welcome assigned patients and inquire as to their wellbeing since their last treatment.

• Evaluate vascular access for patency, perform vascular access cannulation, and perform administration of heparin as delegated or as allowed by state law.

• Obtain necessary pre and post treatment vital signs and weight and perform vascular access evaluation pre- treatment

• Obtain Hemostasis and apply appropriate dressings.   

• Evaluate the patient prior to discharge.

• Perform and record Pre and Post dialysis evaluation, weight, and vital signs with initial identification        

• Responsible for calculating and entry of individual patients’ dialysis machine programming for Ultrafiltration (UF) goal; treatment time; and UF modeling as prescribed.          

• Responsible for ensuring appropriate safety alarms are enabled, including Narrow Venous Limits, (NVL) 160.    

• Record accurate and timely information regarding vital signs and treatment parameters onto the Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet with initial identification

Staff Related

• Assists in training of applicable direct patient care staff on appropriate programs under the supervision of a nurse.

Education/Communication:

• Maintain environmental integrity and aesthetics - ensure all areas are safe and clean.

• Clean and disinfect dialysis machine surface, chair, equipment, and surrounding area between treatments according to facility policy.

Au sein de l’équipe opérations, vos missions sont divisées en deux types d’activités : Intervenir à l’atelier de Rennes et se déplacer régulièrement chez nos client·es pour assurer la maintenance de nos échangeurs thermiques (+70% du temps) :

Atelier :

• Assurer la réception de marchandises envoyées par les clients et la préparation et gestion du matériel expédié chez nos sous-traitants/client·es. 

• Réaliser les opérations de reconditionnement des plaques de nos échangeurs dans le respect des modes opératoires et règles de sécurité (dé-jointage, nettoyage, ressuage, re-jointage des plaques, test, expéditions, établissement des rapports, etc.)

En clientèle :

• Effectuer les mises en service des équipements.

• Réaliser des tests d’intégrité.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a member of the nephrology healthcare team, you will provide safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.

• Sets up, tests, and operates hemodialysis machines for patient treatments.
• Obtains and documents necessary pre- and post-treatment vital signs and weight for each patient.
• Evaluates vascular access pre-treatment and performs vascular access cannulation.

• Rédaction de spécifications techniques de ces modèles avant leur industrialisation.

• Test et validation des résultats des modèles.

• Support technique des modèles après leur déploiement chez les clients. 

• Analyses ad-hoc en fonction des besoins venant du département Landing Gear Systems, pour fournir des données nécessaires au développement et l’amélioration continue du produit. 

• Proposition de nouveaux monitoring, permettant de substituer tout ou partie du planning de maintenance avion par un monitoring du système concerné. 

• Utilisation des techniques de machine learning pour développer des  modèles avancés

  • Apprentissage non-supervisé: sélection des features pertinents, ségrégation des données pour l’apprentissage, clustering des cas de panne. 

  • Apprentissage supervisé: labellisation des pannes, sélection des approches pertinentes (classifier et/ou reconstruction de signal), création du modèle

• Création de nouvelles librairies ou outils permettant d’améliorer le développement de modèle sur le plateau.

• Develop new libraries of methods and tools to help the systematization of the models development on the ZAOG plateau.

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

• Analyser les besoins en maintenance en conditions opérationnelles 

• Définir les outils nécessaires à la maintenance du Hub Central dans des conditions de fonctionnement optimales (définition des zones de stockage, flux, chemins de picking, etc.)

• Participer à la création de la routine de maintenance en conditions opérationnelles

• Faire des propositions d’optimisation de l’organisation logistique du hub afin d’en améliorer la performance

Technicien de simulateur vol

Au sein du groupe des services techniques de la division de la formation et des services civils de CAE, le titulaire doit réaliser toutes les tâches de maintenance préventive et corrective sur plusieurs simulateurs de vol et dispositifs connexes au centre de formation de CAE de Montréal.

Le candidat travaillera 40 heures par semaine – sur des quarts de travail variable, y compris des quarts de jour, de soir, de nuit et de fin de semaine. Le titulaire appuiera les rôles et les responsabilités suivantes :

Soutien technique opérationnel : (40 %)

• Soutien téléphonique en temps réel pour recevoir et régler les problèmes techniques directement sur le simulateur de vol.
• Préparation du simulateur pour la formation du client et exécution des essais avant le vol.
• Exécution de tâches de maintenance préventive, d'essais de validation des avions (essai de certification) et réalisation et restauration des sauvegardes de disque des ordinateurs et des systèmes.

Soutien technique d'enquête et d'intégration : (40 %)

• Diagnostic et résolution de défaillances complexes exigeant des données ou de la recherche supplémentaires sur les caractéristiques et les comportements fondamentaux de l'avion.
• Repérage et remplacement de composantes défectueuses du simulateur de vol;
• Validation de différentes corrections d'anomalies sur le dispositif de simulateur de vol.
• Tenue et consignation du contrôle de la configuration logicielle et matérielle.
• Capacité de lire et d'interpréter des dessins électriques et électromécaniques et des documents de conception.
• Capacité de définir les problèmes, de recueillir des données, d'établir les faits et de tirer des conclusions valables; capacité d'interpréter les exigences complexes du client.
• Expérience facultative des aéronefs et des systèmes pour appliquer des correctifs pratiques à un simulateur.
• Excellentes compétences pour les communications verbales et écrites, en français comme en anglais.

Tâches administratives, documentation et projets : (20 %)

• Consignation du travail de manière périodique, objective et officielle dans le système de renseignements sur le système de formation (Gemini);
• Mise à jour de la documentation et des procédures.
• Participation et apprentissage actif dans le cadre de cours de formation technique et d'occasions d'apprentissage en cours d'emploi.

Exigences

• DEC en électronique, télécommunication, système ordinés ou l’équivalent.
• Expérience connexe en modification et manipulation logicielle et électronique;
• Connaissance des langages de programmation Windows, Unix, C, C++, du langage de script, un atout.
• Intérêt à comprendre la relation entre le matériel technique et l'interaction logicielle liée à la simulation de vol.
• Familiarisation avec la théorie et les principes de base en électronique et avec les dispositifs d'essai électronique.
• Excellent sens de l'organisation et de la planification.

Flight Simulator Technician

As part of the Technical Services department within CAE’s Civil Training and Services division, perform all preventative and corrective maintenance tasks on several CAE and non-CAE flight simulators and associated devices at the CAE Montreal Training Center.

The candidate will work 40 hours weekly on various differing shifts including day, evening, night and weekend shifts.

The incumbent will support the following roles and responsibilities:

Technical operational support: (40%)

• Support customers via simulator phone hotline. Receive and address technical issues related to the flight simulators in the Training Center
• Preparation of the simulator for customer training and running pre-flight tests
• Performing preventive maintenance tasks, aeroplane validation tests (QTG) and performing and restoring system/computer disk backups
• Able to understand and translate the ambiguity between customer requests and technical deliverables

Technical investigative and integration support: (40%)

• Being able to efficiently troubleshoot equally in both hardware and software issues in the flight simulator environment
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and electro-mechanical drawings and design documents
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Able to interpret complex customer requirements
• Diagnosis and resolving of complex deficiencies that require additional data or research into aeroplane fundamental characteristics and behaviors
• Identifying and replacing defective flight simulator components
• Validating various snag fixes directly on the flight simulator device
• Maintaining and documenting configuration control in both software and hardware

Administrative duties, documentation and projects: (20%)

• Logging work on a regular, objective and formal basis in training system information system (Gemini)
• Update technical documentation and procedures
• Participating and actively learning in technical training courses and on-the-job learning opportunities

Requirements

• DEC in Electronics, telecommunication, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Troubleshooting experience in software, hardware and/or electronic environment.
• Previous work experience in a technical environment where troubleshooting complex systems to find root causation is a must (telecommunication technician, automotive mechanic/technician, electronics technicians)
• Available for necessary shift work; day, evening, night and weekend shifts
• Interest and understanding in the relationship between technical hardware and software interaction as it relates to aviation simulation
• Knowledge of Windows, Unix, C, C++ and scripting languages an asset.
• Familiarization with basic electronic theory and principles and electronic testing equipment.
• Aeronautical enthusiasm, including any knowledge of avionics, flight dynamics, aircraft systems and simulated systems an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in French and English

Position Summary

Support engineering activities such as test system programing, software updates, test program backups, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting & repair. Responsible for quality assurance and documentation. Relies on a complete understanding of electronic theory, computer skills, schematics, drawings, specification, and other documentation from engineering along with pre-established guidelines to perform job functions. Works with minimal immediate supervision. Provide training and technical leadership for other employees troubleshooting, repair & rework activities.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Performs troubleshooting, failure analysis and test of assemblies using bench-top test equipment, custom test beds, and automated test systems in compliance with quality assurance policies and methodologies
• Provide test engineering floor support to production personnel, including the maintaining, troubleshooting and repair of test system software and hardware
• Train and support test operators on test equipment, materials and processes
• Provide troubleshooting guidance and technical leadership to rework technicians and operators
• Communicate problems to Test Engineers and/or production personnel as appropriate
• Participate in continuous improvement. Recommend improvements to product flow and throughput, work sequences, test processes and debug techniques. Document as required
• Monitors production processes and test systems to decrease no defects found (NDF’s)
• Assist engineering in test system fabrication
• Maintains a clean, safe, work environment and follow all published/posted safety standards
• This position normally requires exposure to manufacturing areas that require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses with side shields and safety shoes/boots

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements

• In-depth understands of electronic theory, both digital and analog
• Skills in computer integration, control and communication with test equipment, test system electronics, sensors, and input/output modules
• Working knowledge of programing, experience with the LabVIEW programing language a plus
• Proficient in test measurement and troubleshooting techniques on electronic assemblies/subassemblies in a manufacturing environment involving Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and EOL Test Systems
• Interpret, and comprehend schematics, mechanical drawing, data sheets, functional specifications, block diagrams, performance specifications, bill of materials (BOM) and engineering change orders (ECO)
• Demonstrates the ability to use a multimeter, programmable power supply, and digital oscilloscope
• Proficient in basic shop skills using hand and power tools
• Awareness of safety and environmental regulations
• Knowledge of quality standards and production techniques

• Demonstrates problem solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions
• Understand and uses continuous improvement tools
• Proficient in Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
