Day to day duties will involve:

• Support the Group's Southeast Asia expansion; support and add value to the overall legal functions of the Group on worldwide basis, including but not limited to M&A transactions, negotiation, capital market activities, contract drafting and review, loan and fund-raising transactions, legal risk management, implementation of shares incentive scheme, commercial/HR/IP dispute resolution, information security, etc.
• Strengthen legal protection and manage operating legal and regulatory risks, and contribute to improving legal & regulatory best practices within AAC Group.

• Manages and organizes the handling of contentious matters in which Group entities are involved.
