Cint is hiring for the position of ‘Director of Operations – Marketing’ in Sydney CBD. The successful candidate will be involved in a range of tasks and duties to effectively promote the company’s market research and insights products and services and ultimately to drive business growth. This will be a full-time position with annual remuneration of between $110,000 to $160,000 (negotiable depending on experience) on offer.

Responsibilities:
• Formulation, developing, and orchestrating marketing strategies and campaigns to align with sales objectives
• Understand business objectives and suggest the best-suited research methodologies as well as marketing plan
• Provide guidance on various aspects of marketing, including product assortment, pricing strategies, advertising and promotions, sales techniques, and distribution channels
• Conduct research to assess potential market demand for new products and services. Engage with sales and marketing team for promotional objectives
• Collect data from various sources and analyze it to forecast current and future consumer trends that help clients' in making focussed marketing strategies
• Update and train regions on all product releases, updates, and news.
• Build and maintain relationship by attending regional management meetings as well as forecast calls.
• Be a trusted advisor to the customer and build lasting relationships.


Skills and experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent employment experience
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
• Ability to work to deadlines, both independently and as a team player
• Expert knowledge in Cint Solutions is preferred.
• Highest quality and ability in written and oral communications in English, additional languages are highly beneficial
• Proactive customer focus to build lasting relationships with colleagues and clients
• Excellent analytical skills, process orientated, and strong attention to detail.
• Expert efficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Summary

This position is responsible for the management of revenue maximization in Rooms and create Revenue Management processes in the Hotel.

Job Responsibilities

• Measure & drive total profitable revenue performance, including rooms and F&B, against strategy & targets and adapts current strategy as necessary for the hotel.
• Facilitate, guides, and directs all department heads in selecting the optimum revenue opportunities for the properties to ensure our strategic objectives are achieved.
• Actively monitor the competitive environment and elaborates revenue & pricing optimizing tactics and strategies in order to maximize Revenue Generation Index (RGI).
• Consultation and coordination with stakeholders at properties, regional and corporate levels, identifying and pulling together the deliverables.
• Develop short, medium and long-term objectives, strategies and action plans, which may be cascaded through the business.
• Co-Lead hotels’ annual topline budget & business planning.
• Develop an overall Dynamic Pricing & Revenue Strategy by market segment, channel or/and feeding market.
