Accountabilities of Ad & Design Manager

Client Consulting:

· Trusted partner: Understand the client needs, deliver with excellence, make an impact.

· Subject matter expert for Ad & Design Solutions.

· Expected to consult on the scoping/methodology at the proposal.

· Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations.

· Able to handle complex presentations, or presentations with senior clients or tough audiences.

Project Management & Commercial Leadership:

· Be proactive at collecting client business questions and understanding the objectives.

· Alignment with clients/ internal account leads on business objectives, marketing plans and final recommendations.

· Delegates, supervises all stages of project management and monitors performance.

· Ensure the services provided to clients are timely and according to client business needs and specifications, while meeting the company's quality standards.

· Guide the analyst on project set up and analysis.

· Provide coaching and feedback on project execution to other members on the team.

· Ensure all presentations tell a clear story, provide insights and actionable recommendations.

Subject Matter Expert:

· Demonstrate mastery in executing Ad & Design.

· Develop deep Ad & Design knowledge and apply it across a variety of regions, clients and categories.

· Resolve project issues on complex studies. Demonstrates mastery on study designs.

· Create technical training and development plans for the growth of new hires.

Relationship Building:

· Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders both internal and external.

· Take ownership of the overall success of Specialty Ad & Design Team by improving quality of client deliverables.

· Build strong relationships with market teams to ensure smooth delivery with excellence. Thereby, growing the Ad & Design business

Responsibilities

Work with a team of analysts to ensure prompt delivery of service to responsible clients to achieve the set financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.

• To assist the senior member to identify a new business opportunity in the industry
• Prepares client proposals and study designs and estimates costs of projects, with supervision
• Constructs and implements the analytical plan
• Develop study design, and questionnaires, and discuss analytical plans with the modeling team
• Monitors changes in job costs and communicates cost changes to client, as needed
• Run market simulations, analyze study data, and provides report conclusions and recommendations, with minimal supervision
• Prepares and presents study results to clients
• Consults with clients regarding research designs and general study concerns
• Supervises direct reports by answering questions, providing constructive and consistent feedback, and conducting performance appraisals in a timely manner

Client servicing

• Undertake sales activities in conjunction with the commercial team in terms of preparation and delivery of proposals and credentials
• Work with the Customer Success team on analysis to drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews
• Ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications while meeting the company's quality standards
• Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer clients' business needs
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within the client organization

The following are the duties of this position at the full working level. If this vacancy includes more than one grade and you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform these duties and receive training to help you grow in this position.

• Analyzes strategic business objectives and develops, recommends, and implements learning approaches to meet organizational priorities. Prepares recommendations and implements project plans to meet long and short-range business goals.
• Assesses the impact of new programs and legislative changes on existing products, services, and resources. Presents findings through consolidated status reports, oral presentations, memoranda, and other documents as required. Recommends to management those learning approaches that resolve gaps.
• Creates innovative methods/products/services in areas where traditional methods have been ineffective or are not applicable. Stays current with state-of-the-art developments, trends, and outlooks in adult learning.
• Analyzes, plans, organizes, reviews, revises, evaluates, and provides technical direction on computer based training and on-line help components of performance support systems. Completes performance support systems analyses for projects in occupational or administrative subject matter areas, and develops prototypes and other novel performance support tools. Negotiates with all levels of management regionally and nationally to secure resources for each project. Provides technical oversight, direction and guidance to team members assigned to interactive media development projects. Provides input to supervisor on team member performance.
• Determines sources of information, suitability and educational adequacy of materials and methods; analyzes previous course evaluations and determines the best methods of presentation for the complete course/module.
