About the role:

As a Senior Biotechnologist in our Value Stream, you will participate in the preparation, operation and completion of assigned process stages to ensure the production of bulk drug substances is within establish timing and quality standards. Job Description/Requirements:

Process Optimisation

- Analysing existing processes within the organization to identify areas for improvement.

- Developing and implementing strategies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and ensure consistency across departments.

Continuous Improvement

- Develop programs that create awareness and promote Continuous improvement culture in the organization, promoting best practices and standards in the organization

- Leading continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

- Utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen to identify root causes of problems and implement sustainable solutions.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Collecting and analysing data related to process performance, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights.

- Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Special Requirements (if applicable):

- Proven experience in process improvement, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.

- Proficiency in process optimisation methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or TPM.

- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Adaptability and a willingness to embrace change in a dynamic work environment.

Position Overview

The candidate will oversee month-end processes, collaborate with auditors, prepare GST reports, manage fixed assets and physical inventories, and handle ad-hoc duties.

Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications

Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out month end routines including processing and review of postings, ad hoc manual journal entries and system generated month end accruals from outstanding purchase orders, etc.
• Process fixed assets transaction on a timely manner.
• Monitor the actual incur expenses against the budget to ensure remain in line with the planned expenditure.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with matters relating to audit and statutory requirements.
• Prepare quarterly GST reports.
• Conduct physical inventories.
• Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by manager

Position Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in audit or manufacturing companies.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in teams with a positive attitude.
• Strong Proficiency in Excel.

• Endorsing Certificate of Origin and Electronic Certificate of Origin & other supporting trade documents
• Daily closing of CO and preparing daily and monthly reports for CO and ECO and also sales of co blank forms.
• Daily filing of CO and ECO documents.
• Archive of co and ECO documents with C&P infobank Pte Ltd.
• CO Telemarketing for CO & ECO via phone, fax, and emails and also attending to walk-in customers and phone enquires.
• Any task that may be assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Business administration or related field.
• Min 1 years of trade regulations, including knowledge of certificate of origin requirements.
• Experience in custom documentation or a similar role within the export environment if preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with sales & marketing on product pricing strategies
• Implement and oversee on product pricing and discounts
• Conduct product and pricing analysis to ensure pricing competitiveness
• Verifying the validity of price and condition inquiries and guaranteeing adherence to all applicable price-related regulations
• Developing SAP Cloud Analytical analytics tools and customized reports
• Stay updated on market trend and competitors’ pricing models
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Business Administration or Economics or equivalent
• At least 5 – 8 years of pricing analysis experience
• Experience in using SAP system will be ideal
