Cost Estimation and Resource Allocation: • Formulate accurate cost estimates for tiling projects, incorporating materials, labour, and other relevant expenses for the preparation and delivery of projects. • Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower and equipment, to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. 6. Team Management: • Lead and manage a team of tile installers, floor screed and levellers, concreters and after works handover teams providing guidance, training, and support as needed. • Coordinate team activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. 7. Construction Management: • Oversee the construction of concrete floors and walls, managing the entire process from planning to completion. • Work with and oversee tiling works for all tile installations including station platforms, wet areas, common area and pavers. • Collaborate with other trades to ensure cohesive and well-executed projects. 8. Collaboration: • Coordinate with other trades and stake holders, project managers and site engineers, to ensure seamless project execution. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and preferences in the context of tiling installations and layouts, decorative finishes and concrete floor and wall construction. Qualification & Experience Proven experience as a Wall and Floor Tiler with a Cert 3 in tiling, with a focus on tiling that is installed on floor and wall construction involving concrete substrates. 2. Strong knowledge of tile installation techniques and materials, particularly in the context of concrete substrates in public infrastructure, train stations and common use areas. 3. At minimum, the candidate will require a tertiary qualification in Agricultural Science from a recognised institution and at least 5 years of experience in the areas of intensive animal feed additives, biologicals, nutrition, and health.  The candidate is also required to demonstrate expertise with the formulation of intensive animal feed rations using feed formulation software.
