Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the product development processes within planning section to ensure timely completion of design development and within budget.   
• Ensure all designs pertaining to building architectural, ID, landscape and any others that affect the aesthetic aspect of overall project are consistent and aligned.
• Establish in house planning guideline for quality design control.
• To evaluate and study new potential land by churning out the product mix and massing studies.
• To prepare feasibility study for all the new potential land.
• Research and explore latest design trends.
• Work with marketing team to understand market trends and product expectations.
• Explore product composition to optimize product marketability and financial returns.
• Set design direction for the project to consultants, i.e. architects, engineers, IDs, landscape architects, etc.
• Establish a pool of competent consultants, i.e. architects, engineers, IDs, landscape architects, etc.
• Initiate workshop with architects and matrix team to improve design efficiency, enhance product unique selling point, and eliminate unnecessary cost.
• Conduct audit to site to ensure design intends are intact.
• Ensure high accuracy of design detailing to avoid error and abortive cost.
• Ensure timely project approval and launching.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Town Planning / HBP/ Architectural / Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Strategic and demonstrate a high level of business sense.
• Dependable, excellent time management skills and prioritization with proven record in lead time management and ability to work under pressure meeting deadlines.

We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Product Consultant to support the ANZ team. In this role, you’ll leverage your consultative mindset, knowledge of the construction industry, and Procore’s software platform to provide our customers with best practices for adopting and utilizing the Procore platform. You’ll partner with Implementation Project and Customer Success Managers to supplement customer training with industry technical knowledge of cloud-based software and Procore platform expertise. What you’ll do:

• Work with Implementation Project Managers to develop customers into Procore experts and evangelists through training and consultation.
• Conduct group training webinars and in-person sessions to educate customers on Procore tools.
• Leverage knowledge of the construction industry to improve customer business processes in Procore and across the customer’s entire organization.
• Leverage knowledge of the Procore platform to consult and create solutions that meet customer requirements.
