Business system owner for Ariba Sourcing, Contract Management & Guided Buying modules:
Ensure that modules fit the digitalization strategy of GEA & business needs for higher efficiency and/or added value
Define a sustainable & scalable support model for users (.e.g key user network), address troubleshooting, provide training materials, and enhance user experience to increase utilization
Based on user feedback, drive improvement initiatives to improve user friendliness, functionality and/or efficiency
Guide users regarding any new released features and how to make the most out of them
Regularly assess the system's performance and optimize it
Regularly update stakeholders on the system's performance, utilization and impact (“cockpit” view)
When needed, support the onboarding process of suppliers in the modules for them to interact with (e.g. events, catalogs, questionnaires...)
Oversee the system's use and governance to ensure compliance with policies and standards, and not conflicting with existing overarching IT systems or processes
Manage change requests process and licensing process (only in case it is not managed by IT)
Other tasks:
Contributes to the Procurement digitalization strategy definition and execution, looking for what could be the next level solutions or features to support process efficiency improvements in the procurement community

What we need:
Reporting to the VP Construction, this role will organize and oversee construction procurement and ensure projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Working with the Construction Development team from inception, due diligence, and Basis of Design (BOD) creation to Real Estate Investment Committee (REIC) presentations through to successful close-out, with specific focus on the procurement of consultants, long lead equipment and network hardware. Key responsibilities:

About the Department
Procurement leads the optimization of purchases across the Museum to sustain an environment of world-class strategic sourcing through an efficient Source to Pay (S2P) process. This is accomplished by utilizing industry best practices, which manage risk and administer sourcing functionality to proactively direct buying activities and protect the interests of the Museum. Through this process, Procurement:
leads The Met in embracing a culture where sourcing and negotiations are standardized across the organization in a center-led model;
acts as a financial steward and consistently, proactively delivers savings & cost efficiencies back to The Met;
is known as the Subject Matter Experts regarding strategic sourcing;
oversees Supplier Relationship Management and Supplier Diversity & Inclusion;

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
You will execute the Met’s Procurement strategies and ensure the integrity of business processes in the acquisition of all Goods and Services needed in Design, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance of The Met’s Facilities and Special Exhibition Environments. You will process POs, manage purchase transactions, obtain quotes, benchmark, and lead simple sourcing projects in related to goods and services in Digital, Technology, Security, and Utilities, within The Met's contract terms and conditions by ensuring on time, on budget and quality-based project delivery.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Understand, and uphold, the Procurement Policies and Procedures regarding requisitioning, supplier selection, spend threshold levels, contracting, PO release etc. to ensure process integrity;
Have good understanding of the industries / market for the Digital, Technology, Security, and Utilities industries;
Process requisitions (REQs), manage purchase transactions, solicit quotes, benchmark costs and lead simple projects to meet internal turn-around-time requirements;
Validate / approve additional costs in invoices such as freight, additional handling, and perform change order for the invoice processing as necessary;
Ensure PO accuracy and compliance to The Met's Procurement Policy, and contract Terms and Conditions;
Validate fair values of incumbent sources through benchmark studies. Recommend alternate sources as appropriate considering attributes such as service levels, performance records, industry recognitions, and peer recommendations; negotiate with supplier to capture savings;
Maintain contacts with key suppliers to ensure continuity of supply and timely availability of goods and services;
Support Category Manager and Sr. Buyers in their projects with PO issuance, research, supplier communication (outreach, pre-qualification, onboarding), bidder communications, project tracking, proposal analysis / bids leveling, selection recommendation, to achieve optimal TCO (cost, service, & quality);
Work closely with the requesting departments to clearly understand their requirements to provide early input into the sourcing process. Research supply options and screen candidates;
Establish personal and team credibility by ensuring quick resolution of service issues;
Generate ad hoc work reports, provide periodic updates for management on activities and savings;
Drive procurement best practices to maximize ROI on engaged spend;
Understand project requirements, execute sourcing actions per the defined sourcing guidelines;
Process Requisitions and Change Orders to release POs within standard turn-around time;
Work with Counsel’s Office to create, redline, analyze and negotiate contracts;
Take remedial actions when suppliers are not performing as contracted. Ensure that ordered items are delivered on time and expedite where necessary;
Participate in Interlock meetings with end users, and understand their urgencies, align solution plans with Project priorities;
Generate ad hoc work reports, provide periodic activity updates for management, report savings contributions;
Collaborate with stakeholders and work with suppliers to come up with creative solutions under (sometimes) extreme time pressures to meet the project timelines;
Seek opportunities to maximize diversity spend (including sub-tiers) where viable in all sourcing projects;
Ensure that sourcing practices comply with the defined operating policies and procedures in all aspects of the source to pay process. Provide guidance to Requesters as appropriate;

QUALIFICATIONS:
A recognized 4-year college degree at an accredited institution (or equivalent);
3 years of relevant experience in technology related sourcing;
Basic understanding of supply bases in the digital and technology stack (hardware / software and professional services, analytics, content creation, and cloud); lab equipment, security / surveillance devices, and communications;
Basic understanding of the balance between controlling technology run costs and risks while building strategic technology partnerships with suppliers;
Contract negotiation and supplier management experience with understanding of legal / financial risks and key terms and conditions within goods and services contracts;
Ability to prioritize and manage intense workloads in a complex, fast-paced environment;
Self-starter with ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects;

And will own all stakeholder reviews for all SD & VM scopes. He/she has the priority to deliver on closing all Brand needs in the workflow & team management. This role will require participation with TR retailers on occasion.
The rollouts of store design is an integral part of the EL brand activity. The store renewals & the new sites vary based on the Airport or Downtown retailers demands. The unique demands of these sites vary across the local variances of shopper consumer insights.
As a flagship brand, the adaptation of the visual language of the brand will need to be considered as a whole. The use of lightboxes vs LED screens that sufficiently balances the whole store effect is critical & requires a precise visual balance of these site by site. And to ensure that each launch is maximised in every site.
The rollouts of visual merchandising is traditionally focused on a by element rollout & execution, such as a bar or a makeup unit. However in this role, the primary goal is to ensure the synergies of the eventing designs, the VM props, the by shelf display & the new store rollouts are brought together in synergy.

We seek an innovative leader with advanced Procurement Systems experience to join our leadership team.
The Director of Procurement Transformation, reporting to the Senior Director of Operations Excellence, will play a vital role in leveraging technology to enable four pillars: value creation, digital transformation, risk mitigation, and talent development. This role will lead and execute high-visibility initiatives with precision and timeliness. This leader will be responsible for developing a multi-year digital roadmap to stabilize DaVita’s existing Procure-to-pay platforms and evaluate future technology (including artificial intelligence-enabled solutions), demand planning, and inventory management systems, to name a few. The leadership responsibilities of this position include:
Drive integration of multiple program workstreams to deliver on Procurement’s transformational objectives
Experience with Coupa P2P preferred
Affect positive change on projects by analyzing performance metrics and dashboards for continuous improvement.
Lead and govern the source-to-pay (S2P) digital footprint and business optimization team.
Bring to bear previous procurement systems experience to identify and deploy best-in-class tools and platforms as necessary.
Create a culture that enables agility and automation through technology
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders to ensure digital transformation initiatives enable desired multi-year objectives and business outcomes
Thoughtfully coach and develop a team of 4+ leaders. Identify standard models and cadence for continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
Seek out innovative technology to further advance our procurement digital strategy.

This role also leads Operational Excellence projects that will drive efficiencies and provide solutions that assist in maintaining a competitive cost position.
