What the Finance Director position will involve:

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Director vacancy:
• Fully qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE.
• Experience of supporting a Board through a high growth journey, ideally within the retail or Ecommerce space.
• Strong commercial acumen with an appetite to improve processes and be a self-starter.
• Knowledge of expansion into International markets is important and involvement in warehousing, sub contracted manufacturing and logistics will all be considered useful.
• Previous engagement with third party funders, including Private Equity experience will be considered extremely beneficial. Previous transaction or third party investment experience will be considered desirable.

About the Opportunity
Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is seeking a Director of Finance and Administration for the expected 5-year, Health System Strengthening (HSS) Flagship Activity in Indonesia. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director of Finance and Administration (DFA) reports to the Chief of Party and works closely with the project leadership team to provide high-level financial management and operations leadership, contract and grant management support. The DFA ensures that financial and operational functions support the timely and effective implementation of the project’s technical scope of work and provides counsel to help project leadership ensure that resources are allocated and used in compliance with contractual requirements, applicable regulations, and appropriate standards and procedures.
