As the subject matter expert in Process Innovation, the process specialist will work with the Project Manager to identify pain points and bottlenecks in a discrete manufacturing environment and support the planning and implementation towards Industry 4.0.

Responsibilities

• Development of Technology Roadmap
• Support the planning and implementation of the technology roadmap in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and maintain use case and technology catalog.
• Design, develop, and maintain an ecosystem of technology and innovation partners in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Work Processes Management, Pain Points Identification
• Define methodology and detailed work processes to continually measure performance and project ROI.
• Engage with relevant stakeholders to gather data and develop insights on critical pain points.
• Perform data analysis to identify operational bottlenecks and system impediments.
• Technology Solution Deployment
• Leverage data analysis and facilitate brainstorming workshops to develop practical and sustainable solutions.
• Provide project management support with operation teams to implement solutions.
• Monitor performance improvements post-deployment and ensure a smooth handover to the production team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• 3-5 years (Junior) / 5-10 years (Senior) of experience in Management Consulting, Business Process Re-engineering, ICT Consulting, Process Innovation, or Business/System Consulting.
• Technical skills in process innovation consulting projects, IT/OT system development projects.
• Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.
• Technical skills in data analysis or Business Intelligence (B.I.) implementation.
