As Sales Lead, Small Medium Business, you will be part of the Small Medium Business sales organization in NIQ APAC and will collaborate with the respective market Sales Team to generate revenue for the products you assigned for Small and Medium Clients in your respective market. • To develop a sales strategy and go-to-market execution plans, with a focus on growing revenue in new clients along with former NIQ clients; 
• To build and empower a team that is accountable for the delivery of business goals and targets. 
• To develop the right offerings for SMB, the affordable price points to penetrate SMB clients 

Financial Acumen 

• Own and manage SMB P&L in your respective market, delivering revenue and EBITDA targets; 
• To build and deliver the SMB annual operating plan, achieving revenue and cost targets; 
• To manage the ongoing pipeline management, sales forecasts & sales meetings. 

Client Leadership 

• Build SMB client prospect database 
• Segment SMB clients by their data expertise & need state, to define relevant solutions that address their needs/ pain points 
• Work with Marcom to develop compelling content and campaign specifically for SMB, to build awareness and generate qualified leads 
• Actively engage with clients & taking ownership; 
• Be the voice of SMB client into NIQ, and the voice of NIQ into the client;

Type of Work:

• Analyzing current and past trends with key performance indicators including all areas of expenses.

Skill Set:

The Indirect Tax Leader at NIQ leads our Indirect Tax Support team within the Global Finance Operations team. • Indirect Tax Compliance Management: Oversee the complete indirect tax compliance lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate filings of all indirect tax returns.

Position Summary:

The Order to Cash (O2C) Inquiry Tier 2 Support Associate at NIQ enhances our Finance Operations team and is pivotal in facilitating the seamless execution of the order to cash process, focusing specifically on managing inquiries and resolving issues that arise during the O2C cycle. This role serves as a crucial link between NIQ’s finance team and its clients, ensuring that all transactions are conducted smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities:

1. Second-Line Expertise Support Excellence: Deliver prompt and professional support to end-users, maintaining a customer-centric approach in every interaction. Utilize service management technology to resolve complex and technical queries efficiently.

You will drive the overall new business sales & renewals for CMI business for the accounts in your scope; you will secure a sustainable sales pipeline developing new revenue opportunities while maintaining close customer relationships for existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, renewals and overall growth of business, securing sustainable and long-term pipeline, revenue opportunities, while keeping an accurate forecasting and maintain customer relationships (both senior and mid-level)
• Develop a strategic understanding of customer's industry/ business/ markets/ clusters.
• Partner with Customer Success (Research consultancy and delivery team) and other relevant functions (e.g. Retail Measurement, Retailer + Tech & Durables Account Leaders) to define strategic Account Plans and JBPs and remove roadblocks for smooth sales operations.
• Drive strategic action plan to tackle Voice of the Customer feedback.
• Work together with our sales teams, enhancing your skills and improving your experiences together as a team.
• Seek strategic expansion of customer network and strategic alliances to unlock new budget holders.
• Ensure proactive alignment of NIQ GFK’s CMI value proposition to customers' needs and trends
