You’ll help us in testing and implementing advanced battery management systems for electric vehicles. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical engineering as well as good experience in integrating BMS.The role would be based in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

● Testing of advanced Battery Management Systems for electric vehicles.

● Work with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS systems into electric vehicle powertrains.

● Perform Root cause analysis (RCA) & develop and execute test plans to validate the performance of BMS.

● Prepare the test reports and documentation

● Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance.

● Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to BMS systems

Key Skills :

● Strong grasp on the basic concepts of Electrical and Electronics

● Basic knowledge of embedded hardware and ability to understand schematics.

● Must have hands on experience in soldering (SMT/THC)

● Proficiency in MS-Office , especially MS-Excel.

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to have skills :

● Knowledge of battery management systems including cell balancing, voltage and temperature monitoring & fault protection.

● Understanding of batteries and types of batteries and knowledge of components.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics

• Launch Management - Project Management Flow Projects from manufacturing responsibility (Application).
• Project management for existing/ matured processes.

Functional Simulation Engineer for Internal Combustion Engine Components

• Development of internal combustion engine components focusing on hydraulic function of the components
• Perform functional analysis using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and 1D hydraulic simulation

We are opening a new site in Fareham! Our new Distribution Centre will be a 117,000 sq ft modern DC that will be moving up to 270,000 cases per week and will be servicing our group customers across both retail and catering such as Londis, Budgens, Premier.

Your duties within the role will be:

We are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Maintenance team based in our new Fareham Distribution Centre. This role will report directly to the Maintenance Manager and will involve general repairs and planned maintenance to the site and equipment. A background in building services or facilities with knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning or refrigeration would be beneficial in this role.

The role will suit someone who comes from a similar fast paced 24/7 environment.

Occasional call-outs and weekend work will be required when necessary

General maintenance and repair throughout the Distribution Centre, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration equipment

Ensuring our Distribution Centre meets legal compliance for maintenance

Maintain accurate records for building and equipment maintenance

The effective management of all third party service contracts

Monitor and manage maintenance spend with budget in mind

Provide good communication to site management, with timely updates

Overview and management of contractors on site, including vetting process and risk assessments, permit to work where applicable

TEC/City & Guilds or time served apprenticeship in an Electrical/Mechanical environment or building services

Full UK driving licence

Good working knowledge of building services, electrical/mechanical systems such as Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration

Experience of working to required H&S standards

IOSH managing safely
