Responsibilities:

About the Role:

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to be based in Kuala Lumpur. This role will be reporting to the Lead, Strategic Account Management in the Commercial Department. The department generally is responsible for planning, strategizing, and implementing sustainable growth strategies through various campaigns, innovative and creative ideas for leading brands in the F&B landscape.

Strategic Relationship Management

• Embody the philosophy that strong business partnerships are forged through strong interpersonal relationships.

• Represent foodpanda as an ambassador for our strategic partners, possessing holistic knowledge of the entire delivery business.

• Build yearly business plans incorporating the growth strategies of both foodpanda and our partners.

• Conduct data analysis, insights generation, reporting, operational and invoicing resolutions.

• Understand the issues faced by our strategic partners and execute scalable solutions

• Clearly communicate monthly/quarterly initiative to partners

• Ensure timely and successful delivery of foodpanda’s solutions in line with the partner’s needs and objectives.

Sales & Marketing

• Educate partners on the foodpanda marketing suite to grow on the foodpanda platform.

• Exponentially grow the commercial revenue of your partner portfolio through the selling of platform growth tools.

Operations

• Work with foodpanda’s Commercial and Operations teams to analyze partner operational metrics and pre-empt problem areas.

• Utilize data to identify opportunities for growth through operational best practices.

Collaboration: 

• Participate and lead the execution of high-impact projects in support of the larger foodpanda business.

• Work with foodpanda’s Commercial and Marketing teams to implement and scale marketing campaigns

About The Role:

We are looking for a talented Food Safety & Quality Manager who is able to support the expansive growth of our dark store business, pandamart. The role will directly influence the day-to-day decision making within our Food Safety & Quality Management across our Malaysia portfolio.

This role will be based in Bangsar South (countrywide-mobility required) and will report to the Head of Dmart in the QCommerce Department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Food Safety & Quality Management (FSQM) with our supplier partners in terms of quality policies and standards
• Record, monitor and action on store operational performance against our food safety standards to improve key operational metrics including shrinkage and availability
• Help strengthen FSQM policies and enable across all stores within Malaysia’s portfolio
• Deliver training to suppliers, warehouse managers and senior leaders to create a strong knowledge centered on FSQM
• Perform monthly audits at our stores and distribution centers
• Monitor and own the customer-experience journey including actionable items on how to improve the incident rate
• Work closely with every store-level manager with data-driven insights on how to improve and align their operational SOPs

About the Role: 

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to be based in Bangsar South. This role will be reporting to Lead, Supply Chain in the QCommerce Department. The department generally is responsible for ensuring a strong supply chain is maintained for our Dark Stores which includes Demand/Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Expiry Management, DC Management, Supplier Management and not forgetting Cost Efficiency as well.

Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage contracted 3PL for warehousing & logistics and drive strong relationships with 3PL & continuous improvement of 3PL KPIs
• Manage store/supplier inquiries on inbound/outbound allowing smooth supply chain
• Ensure Inventory accuracy at stock holding at 3PL is at its optimum at all time
• Strategize long-term plans for Demand Planning managing inventory & accurate demand forecasting related categories
• Develop the demand forecast for the business unit, based on statistical forecast and sales & marketing activities (promotions, phase in/phase out, new launches, discontinuation). Challenge the forecast as needed
• Analyze and highlight business risks and opportunities to stakeholders and jointly propose appropriate mitigation plans
• Development/Improvement of current processes from Supplier - Distribution Center - Store to allow continuous improvement. To drive also a strong relationship with suppliers while driving continuous improvement of our KPIs to suppliers
• Look for cost savings opportunities at all times to ensure a healthy P&L, contributing to the improvement of costs
• Collaboratively working with the Supply Chain Lead at all times driving projects to completion on time in full whilst managing team members to ensure strong KPIs are achieved

People Development: 

• Grow talent in ensuring managed team members are strong in both external and internal management (Talent Growth)
• Proactively drive discussions with stakeholders & Supply Chain Lead on cost-saving initiatives (Stakeholder Management)
• Leading forecast discussions with suppliers to allow stable supply to Dark Stores (Strategic Planning)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager covering the CPG and Services industries to be based in Bangsar South. This role will be reporting to the Head of Advertising & Partnerships. 

On this specific role the candidate will manage a portfolio of current partners that sit within the CPG (F&B, Beauty, Cosmetics, Electronics, Real Estate, Motor, etc) as well as the Services Industries (Education, Travel, Healthcare, Entertainment, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage a portfolio of current partners and ensure the growth of their investment in foodpanda’s solutions using a consultative sales approach.
• Identify ways in which we can elevate partnerships and the revenue generated by each account, including expanding areas of collaboration via new products, solutions or initiatives.
• Move from ad-hoc campaigns to quarterly/yearly marketing sales plan with an investment commitment.
• Work closely together with the Campaign Management and Business Development teams and provide valuable insights on potential new partners and campaign optimization recommendations for upcoming campaigns.
• Coach and guide junior team members and be responsible for the planning, performance and revenue growth of these industries within the company.

• Strategic projects: Drive strategic projects that can have an impact on foodpanda. This will mean you will help identify and contribute to the planning and execution of strategic special projects.
• Leadership meetings: Facilitating and managing cross-functional leadership meetings, re-thinking the metrics we use to define success, and managing agendas / pre-reads / action items post-meeting.
• Communications with the internal team: Develop and manage ongoing communications and follow-ups with the leadership team, customers, partners, and employees.
