At HP, business planning plays a critical role in shaping business thinking. We are looking for a End-user Sales Business Analyst Apprentice to reinforce our End User Business Analyst team in his role to support our Enduser Sales team.
Our Sales Business Analyst Team directly supports the Sales Director and his team by delivering an independent perspective that enables planning and investment decisions.
We operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment requiring collaboration and active engagement with other teams such as finance, category, compensation, Sales operations, CoE teams and Market teams.
As Sales Business Planning Analyst Apprentice, you will be responsible for delivering performance reporting and insights, translating complex datasets into compelling narratives. You will work closely with the other members of the team – senior Business Analyst – but also with the entire End User sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support business plans and Sales teams reviews with data consolidation, data visualization, and business analysis - with the help of the Senior Business Analyst’s;
Measure business performance and shares insights;
Develop required tools&reports required for specific ad-hoc priority projects;
Ensure data accuracy cross HP systems to increase data consolidation efficiency;
Ensure an updated and accurate customer database.
Who you are?
Master's degree student in Business Analysis, Finance or equivalent field.
Analytical and data manipulation skills.
Ability to learn and draw on new analytical techniques, tools and processes.
Strong expertise in Excel/Power BI.
Basic knowledge of finance and financial modelling.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English, business environment in English.
Agile, team player, self-driven and organized.
