The difference you will make as an Assistant Building Surveyor
Part of a local team supporting Surveyor activities and requirements of our Housing operations, ensuring all surveying procedures are being undertaken efficiently, in compliance with Company operating procedures and delivering best in class customer service, satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards. The role will involve a close working relationship with Building Surveyors, Site Supervisors and members of the Customer Care Team.
About you
We are looking for someone who believes in working together as part of a team, who shares our values and who is positive and friendly. You will have experience of building surveying preferably within social housing and a proven track record of working in a customer focused environment. You will assist in providing workable and cost-effective solutions to company and client that will enhance living conditions for service users.
