Key Duties and Responsibilities: Strategy and Accountability Assist in the setting of the organisations strategic aims, ensuring that the necessary financial and human resources are in place. Focusing on results and outcomes, hold the Chief Executive and Executive team to account for the effective management and delivery against the organisations Strategic Objectives.
