We Require
Two years of experience providing workforce services to either job seekers or businesses, employment assistance, training programs, and/or other career or economic development activities
Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, marketing, communications, or a closely related field
A combination of education and experience may be considered in substitution for the minimum qualifications
Job Contributions
Serve as a workforce liaison, trainer, career guidance specialist, and partner with the MCCCD across all main campuses
Assist participants through training and assisting in the enrollment process for the WIOA-eligible program participants in Arizona Job Connection (AJC) and coordinating co-enrollment in a WIOA-funded individualized training program/career service program when applicable
Provide WIOA training and workshops to support classroom-style learning when most appropriate; Use strong written and verbal communication and the ability to handle situations with tact
Coordinate with MCCCD to identify best practices when working with students in both the adult and youth populations
Coordinate informational materials to promote public understanding of program activities and services and conduct community outreach and foster partnerships to encourage program participation
Collect and analyze data and regularly prepare program activity reports and statistical materials for management review
Coordinate with staff located in One Stop Centers to support enrollments and support services as needed
Manage multiple events at the same time, without significant lead time and with little supervision
Working Conditions
Work is performed in a combination of environments including ARIZONA@WORK-Maricopa County Career Centers
Events may fall outside of regular work hours and occur in cities/towns throughout Maricopa County
Perform community outreach and participate in career, education, and business engagement events in a variety of neighborhoods as well as indoor and outdoor settings on occasion
Requires travel to and from job-related locations during a scheduled workday, subject to County policies regarding use of County vehicles and/or private vehicles used on County business
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona driver's license by the time of hire
Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain an Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card

The Office of Administration – situated in the Office of Advancement - is the central intake for all philanthropic commitments made to Georgetown University. Its team is responsible for the intake and recording of philanthropic gifts, payments, and pledges to the University, and is a lead strategic partner in operations pertaining to managing donor commitments, including issuing charitable gift tax receipts and pledge reminders, and lending expertise to the efficient and accurate operations that support the various vehicles and methods for giving to Georgetown University.
The Senior Director of Gift Administration provides strategic leadership and oversight of all operations, including most notably, gift processing, gift accounting, and gift compliance:
They are necessarily knowledgeable about the operations of fund administration, and able to identify trends and patterns, process and protocol, and other elements of asset management required for compliance and auditing matters; and serve as a resource and partner for colleagues within Advancement, as well as with colleagues in other areas of the University, including Tax, Finance, Accounting, and General Counsel.
The successful Senior Director of Gift Administration employs their considerable business and finance acumen; communicates clearly and decisively with leadership, colleagues, and other partners; and holds themselves and their team to the very highest standards of gift administration. Work Interactions and Work Mode Designation
Reporting into the CDO and AVP of Advancement Operations, the Senior Director of Gift Administration manages the Director of Gift Accounting and the Director of Gift Processing and Analytics, and serves as a member of the DATA leadership team.
They regularly interact with OA and University leadership; collaborate with OA partners - notably with development, annual giving, and donor agreements teams, among others; and partner across the University, primarily with colleagues who also play important roles in gift fund management.

Main Purpose
Working within a busy housing repair team providing back office support, you will primarily be responsible for the administration of changes to the database/updating the information held on the repair schedule and register. This will range from, but not be limited to updating spreadsheets, cancelling jobs and re-raising orders with external contractors. Job Overview
The Pre-Award Grant Administrator is responsible for reviewing, negotiating and administering incoming externally funded research grants and contracts. This position will serve as the primary liaison with external sponsors, and will review and submit proposals on behalf of the university. The Pre-Award Grant Administrator will be responsible for setting up new awards and processing changes to existing awards in Georgetown’s financial system. This position supports the researchers of their assigned Cluster, each of which includes several departments within Main campus and the Medical Center.

As a Senior Database Administration Engineer, support development and data intelligence teams in delivering client software. Develop policies, procedures and standards for database management. Design, configure and maintain cloud based and on-site databases. Solve production issues for database dependent solutions. Explore new technologies for existing SAAS solutions. Migrate solutions in AWS and Mongo Atlas. This is a hybrid position; must work at least 2 days per week in the office and as needed.
