Wedding Planner
Normal Operation Hours: 9am-6pm (Monday - Sunday)
44 Hours / Per Week , require to commit work on weekend, roster off day.
Event Shift: 7am-4pm / 2pm-11pm
Basic Salary: $2500 - $3200 + Incentives + AWS + Variable Bonus
Office at City Hall, Singapore / Event Islandwide
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise.
- Inspect event facilities to ensure that they conform to customer requirement
- Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security
- Arrange the availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, displays, and other event needs
- Plan and develop programs, agendas, budgets, and service according to customer requirement
- Act as primary customer service contact for all enquiries & communicate with confident telephone etiquette
- Professional email correspondent and proactive in organising customer site visit with the Sales Team.
- Utilise company resources to manage the filing system that keeps all active customer data & sales files available in soft and hard copy form
- Ensure the inventory of sales presentation materials such as packages, brochures and presentation folders are always up to date and prepared.
- Ensure the administrative & support functions of the Sales & Planning department are operating effectively
Job requirement
- Education - minimum requirement - Diploma holder
- Related experience as wedding planner for at least a year
- For those who has 2 years working experience in Event company or /and Hotel are welcome to apply, on the job training provided.
