In this position as an Broking Support Specialist, you will be reporting to the HOD of the International Property team and work alongside with a small team of Brokers and Account Executives. The ideal incumbent will be expected to liaise with 3rd party cedents and be involved in client's renewals, mid-term adjustments, generating broking slips, generating reports and processing of broking documents.
The ideal incumbent will be expected to ensure transactions are conducted with full transparency, maintaining accurate records and dealing with correspondence appropriately.

Experience and skills required
- 1+ years of experience in non-life insurance support/admin function
- Candidates with Underwriting Assistant, Policy Processing or Admin Executive experience are welcome
- Candidates with retail treaty/facultative experience may apply
- Strong administrative skills and fast learner
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeline
