What you'll do:
As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our client's technical systems.
You will be responsible for aligning daily with your team on priorities, projects, tasks, and assignments.
Your role will involve providing timely and accurate solutions to issues or tasks you are assigned or working on.
Global IT support for fellow colleagues, maintain the accuracy of assets inventory, deal with urgent matters outside office hours when necessary.
You will also communicate often with teammates regarding important decisions or concerns. Your proactive approach will be key in monitoring the status of office IT infrastructure, determining any issues or potential problems, and recommending solutions.
Ensuring IT policies are adhered to at all times will be part of your remit as well. Additionally, you will provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.

- Give priority assistance to colleagues in the Singapore office.
- Maintain the accuracy of our assets inventory and update it as needed.
- Be prepared to address urgent matters, including outside of regular office hours.
- Exercise responsible management of your administrator access.
- Maintain open communication with teammates regarding important decisions or concerns.
- Proactively monitor the status of office IT infrastructure, identifying issues or potential problems, and suggesting solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies at all times.
- Offer orientation and guidance to users on the operation of new software and computer equipment.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the IT Support Engineer role will bring a wealth of experience and skills to the table. With a minimum of 3 years' experience in an equivalent role of user or technical support within a similar business sector, you will have proven your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Your certifications relevant to IT Support such as ITIL, Google Certifications, Microsoft Certifications will be advantageous. You will have experience with platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, Slack, JumpCloud, Antivirus software, Chrome, MS Office at a corporate level. Your understanding of laptops, computers, printers and IT devices at a hardware level will be essential in this role. Experience in supporting Windows and macOS on their latest version is required. A strong understanding of corporate networking and security practices is also key. Fluency and preferably certification in English at a support & technical level is necessary. Strong creative and analytical thinking skills are crucial for problem-solving and innovation. Above all else, we are looking for someone with a passion for IT Support who is eager to learn and grow.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in equivalent role of user or technical support in a medium to large company within a similar business sector.
- Certifications relevant to IT Support like ITIL, Google Certifications, Microsoft Certifications, etc. will be advantageous.
- Experience with the following platforms at a corporate level: Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, Slack, JumpCloud, Antivirus software, Chrome, MS Office and others.
