TITLE: Services Inventory Lead

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet and maintain inventory level goals
• Provide weekly inventory summaries for each assigned site
• Facilitate planning and transfer of materials between sites
• Maintain financial budgets for each inventory site

The Merchandising Team Lead is primarily responsible to drive store sales through the execution of in-store merchandising standards. The merchandise lead will partner closely with the operations, sales, and visual teams to ensure new receipts are merchandised in a way that aligns with our brand, appeals to our customer and encourages her to buy. Procurement Executive | MTS | Technical Ship Product | Tuas

Location: Tuas (near to Gul Circle MRT)

Salary: $2,500 - $4,500

Working days: Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm, Sat 9am to 1pm (alt Saturday after probation)

Job Description:

• Manage procurement activities for Technical/Provisional ship supply items
• Source for suppliers based on competitive cost, quality, delivery performance
• Evaluate vendors & compare quality
• Consolidates marketing, sales and logistical information
• Negotiates contract terms & conditions
• Maintain and build relations with new and existing suppliers
• Ensures timely delivery of goods
• Assist in audits on procurement related matters
• Any other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum O level
• Working experience in ship supply industry is preferred.
• Technical ship product knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of MTS (Marine Transportation System) is an advantage.
