The position will be based in Nairobi, Kenya but may involve frequent in-country travel.
The DCOP will be responsible for the overall technical oversight of the activity; understanding the range of project’s technical activities and managing their technical quality. ICF is seeking a DCOP with a strong background in technology solutions architecture, open source, and global goods development, and District Health Information Software (DHIS2) and OHIE knowledge. U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. ROLE SUMMARY
The Technical Data Product Manager (TDPM) for Analytics Capabilities plays a critical role in driving the development, prioritization and growth of analytics capabilities within the Commercial Analytics and AI organization. They are responsible for interfacing with the business to gather data feature requirements, translating business and feature requirements into technical requirements for the Analytics Engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of valuable insights and actionable recommendations through scalable data products and solutions. Reporting to the Regional Director, the Technical Director will provide leadership, governance, and direction, and contribute to the success of business plan and strategies. Role & Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, adopting a collaborative partnership approach and negotiate with internal and external business partners, clients, and customers.
