Within this role you will develop, lead and direct complex marketing campaigns from brief to execution. Responsibilities

Marketing campaigns

• Champion customer centric, insight driven, digitally enabled marketing
• In charge of designing and delivering regional marketing campaigns; working with stakeholders to define the brief, measurable marketing objectives, plans and deliverables
• Lead virtual teams of regional and local marketers and comms professionals for delivery
• Work with global and cross business unit marketers to leverage assets and align messaging
• Track progress against plan, budget and provide regular reports to key stakeholders
• Manage sector-specific marketing budget

Brand and content creation

• Educate colleagues on the global brand guidelines and processes
• Work with global content team and outsourced partners to ensure our content, assets and messages deliver against individual campaign briefs, as well as support global messaging requirements

Sales partnership

• Promote the use of tools, resources and processes to support growth team efficiency

Events and Communications

• Oversee our involvement in industry events and DHL customer events – from assessing suitability of event, target audience, creating thought-leadership content to leads management

• Provide functional teams with guidance on key regional customer communications

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience developing and delivering omni-channel marketing campaigns
• Excellent team player and motivator, prepared to lead from the front and to cheerlead
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations or related field preferred
• Proven event management experience
• Strong project management, organization and time management skills

Program Management:

1. Manage Accelerated Digitalization (AD) demand pipeline in countryWork with sites and analyse operational data to identify AD opportunities
   Provide operations teams with assistance in the initial site assessment and technology matching based on AD toolkits and published materials.
   Actively work with functions such as Solutions Design on opportunity assessment and BCA development for complex robotics projects.
   
2. Support AD project deploymentsWork with country Senior Management Team (SMT) to ensure that appropriate internal resources have been allocated to each AD implementation project where BCA has been approved.
   Escalate demand and supply side issues regionally as required.
   Lead vendor liaison on AD opportunities in country such as getting proposals, conducting site evaluations or trials.
   
3. Capability development at country levelInfluence and coach operations to improve opportunity identification, accelerate site assessment, resolve implementation issues etc.
   Develop country-wide digitalization capability by sharing regional and global collateral/training material/standardized templates.

The Call Center Trainer develops and facilitates classroom training programs under the direct supervision of the department manager. The Call Center trainer is expected to assist with continued improvement of current curriculum, policy and procedure updates and the creation of new curriculum as needed to support the Third-Party Services department. The focus of this position is facilitation and delivery of program curriculum for new and existing gov agencies as well as our third-party services client’s performance.

• Assume overall leadership and general management responsibility of LLP APAC Operations

Responsibilities

Business Performance Support & Business Leads Generation

• Generate new business leads to Account Managers (e.g. up-selling or cross-selling)
• Contribute to revenue through commercialization of CSS
• Facilitate a unified network and integrated solution proposition during the pre-sales phase
• Support profitability management and planning & forecasting in collaboration with Account Management team
• Work with respective Account Managers to shorten DSO

Relationship Management

• Act as the Single Point Of Contact to the assigned SL network customer
• Lead Business Reviews with customers for business continuity and sustainable partnership
• Facilitate alignment between customer’s and DHL’s strategic plans and enhances partnership
• Work with respective Account Managers to ensure execution of Account Plans

Performance Management

• Align country’s Ops Performance with global/regional goals
• Ensure consistency and service quality in collaborations with Network Operations ALM/ROM
• Govern customer Change Requests to ensure scope management & cost recovery
• Manage customer escalations and drive recovery plans
• Establish and lead account community on a regular basis to deliver operations excellence

Continuous Improvement

• Facilitate CI programs in various aspects – operations, systems, financial audits in collaborations with Network Operations
• Share best practices across countries and accounts
• Supports process standardization to attain an operating standard model
• Track and monitor cost savings in collaboration with Network Operations

Account Management

• Grow SL share of wallet for existing customers in the region, focusing on regional account plans, commercial ownership of accounts and regional proposals (RFQ, renewal, commercial CRF) ownership
• Ensure overall commercial ownership of SL account in the region (incl. regional management of Global account)
• Develop pro-active business retention and growth plans that protect/enhance margins and are aligned with key internal stakeholder strategies
• Accountable for tracking and managing account profitability in line and direct contact with Finance
• Identifies root causes to take direct actions and/or liaise & track other functions to solve account profitability issues
• Contributes to product development by generating ideas and providing commercial expertise during the process
• Continuously review business potential and identify potential business opportunities throughout the customer organization

People Management

• Provide mentorship to a team of CSS Managers, Assistant Managers, Analysts
• Act as the next escalation point for customer-related issues and guide CSS Managers / Assistant
• Managers / Analyst in issues resolution
• Provide OJT / coaching / knowledge sharing to team members
• Assess workload allocation; re-shuffle workload according to needs
• Identify direct reports' training needs, mentor where appropriate

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years Supply Chain/Logistics, or Distribution experience
• Minimum 5 years Customer Relationship Management background
• Solid understanding of the principles of supply chain management
• Excellent communications skills
• Well developed people management skills; ability to lead and inspire teams to accomplish objectives
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; both short-term/tactical and long-term/strategic
• Well-structured, change oriented and results focused
• Internationally orientated executive
