The Call Center Trainer develops and facilitates classroom training programs under the direct supervision of the department manager. The Call Center trainer is expected to assist with continued improvement of current curriculum, policy and procedure updates and the creation of new curriculum as needed to support the Third-Party Services department. The focus of this position is facilitation and delivery of program curriculum for new and existing gov agencies as well as our third-party services client’s performance.

Situé sur le site de Mirabel et relevant directement du responsable de la qualité en service de l'A220 (ABQS), le responsable de la surveillance de la conformité Formation et du Certificat d'Opérateur Privé (CMM) joue un rôle clé pour assurer le système de surveillance de la conformité des activités de formation et de celles liées au certificat d’opérateur privé d’AIRBUS Canada pour l’A220.
En plus de son rattachement direct à ABQS, le CMM rapporte fonctionnellement :
À la personne responsable du Certificat d'Opérateur Privé d’AIRBUS Canada.
À la personne responsable de la conformité des organisations ATO & FSTD d’AIRBUS.
Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à :
Soutenir l'organisation centrale ATO & FSTD d'AIRBUS dans leurs relations avec les principales autorités de l'aviation (EASA, FAA), en soumettant aux autorités les notifications de changement d’organisation.
Dès réception de l'organisation centrale ATO & FSTD d'AIRBUS de toute modification des exigences règlementaires, il/elle assurera la cascade d'information à l'organisation locale du Centre de Formation de Montréal.
Consolider un plan d'audit pour les activités de formation et de celle du certificat d’opérateur privé d'Airbus Canada.
Être le point focal d’AIRBUS Canada pour le département qualité d’Airbus gérant les activités de formation (QBST).
Établir une surveillance locale des processus réglementaires et opérationnels avec l'entreprise.
Participer aux audits internes et externes réalisés dans ces organisations.
Gérer la résolution des constats d'audit avec les responsables des organisations locales, le suivi des actions ainsi que les réponses officielles aux autorités.
Soutenir les mises à jour des procédures et de la documentation d'Airbus Canada liée aux opérations de vol et aux activités de formation.
Promouvoir en permanence la politique de sécurité auprès de tout le personnel et participer aux initiatives SMS.

Located at Mirabel and reporting directly to A220 Head of Quality In Service (ABQS), the Training & Private Operator Certificate Compliance Monitoring Manager (CMM) plays a key role to assure the compliance monitoring system of both Private Operator & Training activities for the A220 in Canada.
In addition to the direct report to ABQS, the Compliance Monitoring Manager functionally reports to:
The Accountable Manager for the Private Operator Certificate.
The Accountable Manager for the ATO & FSTD Certification and Compliance monitoring domain.
In your duties, you will be called upon to:
Support ATO & FSTD central organization of AIRBUS in the relationship with main Aviation Authorities (EASA, FAA) as focal point of contact for A220 training center in Montreal.
Ensure the relationships with national aviation authorities for local specific approvals.
Ensure that the activities of the organizations are monitored for compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements and any additional requirements as established by the Airbus Training & Airbus Canada Flight Ops organizations.
Monitor the compliance of AIRBUS Canada subcontractor for Maintenance Training.
Support Flight Ops organization to create / update their processes in the frame of CSAT2 transformation project.
Support ATO & FSTD central organization of AIRBUS in their relationship with main Aviation Authorities (EASA, FAA), submitting to the Authorities the notifications of change
Upon receipt of any modification of requirements from ATO & FSTD central organization of AIRBUS, he/she will ensure the information cascade to the local organization in Montreal Training Center.
Consolidate an audit plan for training & flight operations activities in Airbus Canada.
Be the focal point in Canada for Airbus training quality (QBST).
Establish a local surveillance on regulatory & operational processes with the business.
Participate as main auditee with business to internal & external audits.
Manage the resolution of the audit findings with the business, the actions follow-up and the official answers to the authorities.
Support the business to manage the Airbus Canada Documentation linked to Flight Ops & training activities.
Continually promote the safety policy to all personnel and take part to SMS initiatives.
