• Align the Commercial Banking client selection framework across international regions and upkeep appropriate cash pooling solution guardrails and thresholds in conjunction with the International Deal Approval Framework.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Good knowledge of treasury related risk including foreign exchange, financial control and taxation environment is a plus.

This position reports directly to our CFO and CEO, and is responsible for developing & implementing financial policies, overseeing all financial reporting including overall operations, and treasury functions, and ensuring the timeliness and integrity of our financial reporting. Your expertise will enrich our strategies, propelling us towards greater sustainable growth and elevating our operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

Finance Management

• Develop, review, and maintain the Group’s accounting/financial policies and processes, to ensure consistency and compliance with statutory requirements and the Group’s standards
• Coordinate with other departments to develop and maintain financial operations workflows
• Plan, coordinate, and manage work plans and projects identified by the Board or Shareholders
• Responsible for risk control concerning governance, balance sheet, operations, and reputation
• Up to date on regulations and policies relating to the corporate structure, financials, and taxation
• Lead in implementing and improving accounting and other financial/BI software systems to streamline operations and improve productivity
• Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary approval process. Coordinate with other Departments on overall budget execution, review, and control

Treasury Management

• Responsible for treasury functions including liquidity, funding, financing, and cash flow management
• Develop, review, and maintain processes/workflows for managing cashflows and funds deployment
• Analyse cashflows and oversee fund flows within the Group

Accounting Reporting and Auditing

• Coordinate with Business Units to develop and maintain management reports
• Ensure respective accounting standards complete financial and management reports
• Manage auditors and tax agents on statutory filings with government bodies

People Management

• Manage and develop the Finance team (general supervision, training and development, appraisal)

Desirable Skills/ Qualities

• Strong analytical, and project management skills, and proficient in accounting/financial software systems.
• Good adaptability and communication skills for effective interactions across functions and entities; comfortable navigating in a dynamic environment
• Collaborative team player with proven leadership capabilities
• Solid understanding and commitment to governance and compliance principles

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, with CPA/CA (or equivalent)
• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Well-versed in statutory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledgeable on accounting principles and tax laws in Singapore and the Asia Pacific
• Prior experience across Southeast Asia markets is highly desirable

Job Responsibilites:

• Ensure that timely and accurate reporting and analysis to Management, Headquarters and relevant funders and regulators, including providing analytical support to Management for financial matters.
