This role will report into the Director Nuvera EU Operations and will work closely together with the Manager Aftermarket Support Nuvera
The position:
The primary purpose of this position is to be the main contact for in- and external customers on technical and application related issues and questions. When required, on site partner customer support to troubleshoot, advise, commission and/or implement solutions. To support the European Nuvera organization in technical aspects. Be the contact person for in- and external customers on technical questions on applications by using the contact management and other technical support systems. Support customers to troubleshoot, advise and implement solutions.
Work with customers, partners, Field Service Managers, Manufacturing, EPO, Engineering and SQE to define the root cause and first level solutions. Work with customers to implement solutions in an effective and efficient manner with the dealer to establish whether the support provided was successful.
Provide feedback to the various Nuvera entities relative to specific problem issues and follow up where required. Support customers to troubleshoot, advise and implement solutions.
Content of the role:
Support Investigation and Administration of technical issues.
Identify main technical service problems, prioritize, and drive them to the relevant internal departments to resolve and implement timely solutions avoiding similar problems in future. Utilize the Database to dimension and define the problems identified in each stage of the management process. Record all agreed actions timelines and results. Communicate progress to all interested parties as required and promote value of this medium by maintaining on monthly basis.
Provide technical a/o operational training to customers. Assist the commercial department with the preparation of technical training material.
Requirements for the position:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, equivalent experience or higher.
Experience in business and support processes (3-5 years) to support customers, experience in working in a business-to-business environment.
Language Capability- Dutch, English and 3rd European language.
Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of principles of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, mechanical construction, fuel cell engines, internal combustion engines and/or electric motors and c Knowledge to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and welding procedures. Control systems as applied to products marketed by Nuvera. Detailed knowledge of departmental and corporate policies and procedures and government and industry regulations concerning fuel cell engines. Knowledge of failure analysis, and statistical concepts including some knowledge of Reliability Engineering. Good verbal and written English language communication skills are essential. Excellent PC skills, including ability to use MS Office suite of programs to analyze and present data.
