Job description

• Registration of new and existing customers
• Answering phone calls and assist customers with their enquiries
• Scheduling of appointment for clients
• Dispensary of medicine
• Collection of payment
• General administrative duties of the clinic
• Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
• Drive sales to meet targets
• Handle customer enquiries on promotions and leading clients to products
• Perform inventory replenishment as and when needed
• Other ad-hoc tasks as requested by Clinic Manager

Job Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in Beauty / Aesthetic Clinic/Massage or Therapy / SPA / Clinic Sales Operations/ Front Desk/ Customer
• Consultant & related field is required for this position
• Self-motivated and sales driven with a positive attitude
• Customer service and sales oriented
• Basic IT skill
• Proficiency both in Chinese and strong command in English is a must, who is able to handle Mandarin-speaking clients, colleagues and documents
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
