Job description
- Registration of new and existing customers
- Answering phone calls and assist customers with their enquiries
- Scheduling of appointment for clients
- Dispensary of medicine
- Collection of payment
- General administrative duties of the clinic
- Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
- Drive sales to meet targets
- Handle customer enquiries on promotions and leading clients to products
- Perform inventory replenishment as and when needed
- Other ad-hoc tasks as requested by Clinic Manager
Job Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Beauty / Aesthetic Clinic/Massage or Therapy / SPA / Clinic Sales Operations/ Front Desk/ Customer
- Consultant & related field is required for this position
- Self-motivated and sales driven with a positive attitude
- Customer service and sales oriented
- Basic IT skill
- Proficiency both in Chinese and strong command in English is a must, who is able to handle Mandarin-speaking clients, colleagues and documents
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
