Your new role
This hands on role will ensure that new developments are built to the agreed specification and quality in line with design standards and the strategic development plan. You will ensure that quality is checked at predetermined stages of the development, monitoring progress on-site throughout. You will work in partnership with a construction delivery manager in order to check quality at various points and to maintain the programme, flagging any risks to the relevant stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
- A track record of effective stakeholder engagement and management
- Ability to identify, manage and mitigate risks
- Conversant with health & safety and CDM legislation
- Capable of interpretation of M&E requirements
- Fully up to date with various modern construction methods
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a permanent employment contract with a starting salary of up to £46,000 per year inclusive of car allowance.
