Job responsibilities: - Working as part of the ITQA team the post holder will be involved in the following areas: - IT support and clinical system administration Administration of the software systems used within the practice such as SystmOne, troubleshoot and report any issues to our external IT helpdesk. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Owns the strategic planning and execution of the Transformative Marketing and Digital Marketing initiatives for the region. We are now looking for a Senior PCB Fab Supplier and Quality Engineer to join our dynamic and diverse team. As a regional leader, you will implement and enforce NVIDIA's quality and reliability standards for our Printed Circuit Boards and ensure supplier performance to these standards throughout the Product Life Cycle. You will be responsible for technical operational readiness and ensure suppliers meet all quality and business KPI’s.

We design and produce advanced technology PCB's used in consumer, auto and enterprise solutions. Your technical and industry expertise will contribute to our ongoing success.  Reporting to PCB fab Operations Senior Management, you will be based in Taiwan to manage NVIDIA's local and regional PCB fab supply base. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Administer quality programs and process controls for early detection of issues and produce product of the highest level.

• Analyze process data required to manage product quality and collaborate with suppliers on a regular basis. You will share dppm and RMA feedback to drive failure analysis, root cause corrective action and process improvement.

• Partnering with NVIDIA technical teams you will assess and qualify new PCB suppliers and contribute to the development of the PCB technical and supplier strategy.

• Handle supplier relationships, track supplier performance and drive improvement plans, lead quality audits.

• Characterize processes and establish controls to optimize yield, lead-time and product cost.

• Support RFQ (request for quotation) process, validate and secure ideal pricing and negotiate product cost.

• Minimize product technical, quality and supply risk through preventive action and contingency planning

What we need to see:

• MS/BS degree in Chemical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Have at least 7-10 years of experience in rigid PCB manufacturing processes and Quality, Reliability or Product Engineering and Technical Management

• Strong knowledge of cost structure and key drivers will enable cost optimization

• Expert negotiation, communication, influencing and analytical skills with the ability to develop & lead supplier and business partner relationships

• Strong knowledge PCB fab markets, key players and transactions

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• You are a solution and results orientated leader that is known for your ability to deliver

• Willingness and ability to travel within the Asia region

• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency

Daily responsibilities for operational quality and curriculum

• Part of and contribution to the Quality and Curriculum IQA and tutor team focusing on operational quality and curriculum and IQA activities
• Contribution to ensuring and maintaining a consistently good if not higher operational quality of provision across the Skills division.
• Be the key contact for our EQA Awarding Body visits, including arranging each visit with the allocated EQA, sharing of information, updates and liaising with our learner recruitment team and MIS for qualification achievement data and certification
• Undertaking IQA awarding body activities as per the quality and curriculum schedule and cycle, including compliance and operational arrangements.
• Working with our adult/health and social care tutors to provide a consistent, reliable and good quality of curricula and education across the Skills division, including the monitoring and reporting of teaching, learning and assessment and the learner learning journey.
• Working within the Quality and Curriculum Team, contributing to ensuring that we meet the Ofsted EIF grade 2 requirements. Working within the quality and curriculum team to contribute and support the business through inspection processes to achieve and maintain grade 2 'Good'.
• Undertake the role of an adult care tutor when required.

Main Responsibilities

Staffing

1. Be responsible for the operational line management of your own allocated sector tutor team delivering within own sector area inclusive of, but not exclusive to:

• Performance management and liaising with the SLT and HR matters to determine more serious and agree formal action/s where required
• Undertake monthly tutor caseload 1:1's performance management reviews, including appraisals, personal development action planning and monitoring processes
• Capture tutor team holiday requests and review the expense claims, both for SLT approval
• Be part of the tutor and associate tutors' operational safer recruitment processes, as per agreed and approved by the appropriate member of the SLT

Quality and Curriculum

1. Contribute to the sector specific curriculum planning, as informed by the Skills Strategic Curricula Plan
2. Deliver and lead on sector specific IQA activity, as per the Quality and Curriculum Policy and processes, to include standardisation activities, ensuring a consistent, high quality of provision and education for learners
3. Complete the sampling of learner work/portfolios/assessments in line with our quality policy, processes and calendar to include meeting Awarding Organisation qualification requirements
4. Take part in the monthly sector specific curriculum deep dive cycle and processes to check, monitor, evaluate and report on the quality of education and the learner learning journey, identifying strengths, areas for development/improvement and sharing areas of best practice.
5. Facilitate learner/apprentice voice sessions to gather, monitor, evaluate analyse and report on feedback to inform quality development and improvement processes.
6. Take part in planning and development of the CPD calendar, informed through 1:1 tutor caseload, meetings, performance management and curriculum deep dive processes and personal development plans targets
7. Help the deputy quality and curriculum manager in arranging, managing and facilitating EQA/SV visits with the Awarding Organisations
8. Be part of the quality and curriculum team to undertake regular reviews, adaptations to and update our operational local curriculum plans, delivery planning and learning resources using our online MIS and learner journey platform, to ensure currency, consistency in approach and design and best practice.
9. Liaise with the Challenge-trg group and Skills marketing and operations teams to help develop appropriate materials and programme information for marketing purposes.
10. Help to review and improve appropriate monitoring, tracking and reporting lines of communications, systems and procedures relating to operational quality, compliance, management and assessment of the quality of education, ensuring full compliance with Challenge-trg Skills company policies and process.
11. Creation of sector specific learner case studies, as identified to showcase best practice and celebrate impact and success.

About the Role: • Working as part of the PA team, you will provide an efficient secretarial service to the Deputy Principal Further Education • You will co-ordinate diaries and organise meetings, ensuring the Deputy Principal Further Education is fully briefed and appropriate papers are available. • You will administer budgets, tracking expenditure and utilising relevant systems. • You will act as officer for a number of meetings, supporting associated administration duties and ensure confidentiality at all times. • You will also be required to undertake a range of project work which will include; College Prize Day. • Assist the Deputy Principal Further Education with the organisation and running of the Quality Cycle. • Coordinate the Quality Audit Cycle. • Coordinate the student trips and external speaker process.
