Job Description :
Our company is seeking an engineer able to to value add with insightful sound techical inputs to the in-house service dept and the project team.
This includes reviewing operating, installation and maintenance procedures and standards incorporating and updating with best practical practices in-line with current technological, quality and sustainability trends.
Responsibilities :
- able to clearly understand and identiy and communicate process and method detficiencies. recommend and implement optimised engineering solutions.
- Good understanding of pneumatic air related products and their installed systems, prevetive maintenance programs adn work collaboratively with company's service and project teams.
- Conduct at client's premises on site assessments with service team of our company's products/installed systems. recommend approprriate maintenance or upgrading solutions.
- Refining/upgrading service dept maintennce records for easy retreval, data analysis, and user friendly.
- Lead in company's quality program and the on-going annual ISO certification process and the customer satsifaction feedbacks
Requirements :
- Minimum Engineering Degree
- Work experience in process industries with understanding of process flow, trouble shooting, quality inspection
- Technical knowledge of air related prodcts/services/installation, their system controls and maintenance will be avantageous
- Good communication skills conduct with integrity and empathy
- Proficiency in English and Secondry Languages

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To support the Director of Nursing in leading Quality projects and other complex projects :
· Lead Quality Projects
· Kick start in tracking and collection of relevant date for analysis
· Ability to churn out charts and progress reports in accordance with the data collected
· Ability to analyse complex scenarios and provide suggestions/solutions
2. To support the Nursing Department in all administrative functions such as:
· Filing
· Co-ordination of incoming and outgoing emails/ mails

5. To assist in administrative preparation for events, meetings, workshops which is under the Nursing Department. (Preparation of materials, refreshments, food, etc)

We are now looking for a Senior PCB Fab Supplier and Quality Engineer to join our dynamic and diverse team. As a regional leader, you will implement and enforce NVIDIA's quality and reliability standards for our Printed Circuit Boards and ensure supplier performance to these standards throughout the Product Life Cycle. You will be responsible for technical operational readiness and ensure suppliers meet all quality and business KPI’s.
We design and produce advanced technology PCB's used in consumer, auto and enterprise solutions. Your technical and industry expertise will contribute to our ongoing success. Reporting to PCB fab Operations Senior Management, you will be based in Taiwan to manage NVIDIA's local and regional PCB fab supply base.
What you’ll be doing:
Administer quality programs and process controls for early detection of issues and produce product of the highest level.
Analyze process data required to manage product quality and collaborate with suppliers on a regular basis. You will share dppm and RMA feedback to drive failure analysis, root cause corrective action and process improvement.
Partnering with NVIDIA technical teams you will assess and qualify new PCB suppliers and contribute to the development of the PCB technical and supplier strategy.
Handle supplier relationships, track supplier performance and drive improvement plans, lead quality audits.
Characterize processes and establish controls to optimize yield, lead-time and product cost.
Support RFQ (request for quotation) process, validate and secure ideal pricing and negotiate product cost.
Minimize product technical, quality and supply risk through preventive action and contingency planning
What we need to see:
MS/BS degree in Chemical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Have at least 7-10 years of experience in rigid PCB manufacturing processes and Quality, Reliability or Product Engineering and Technical Management
Strong knowledge of cost structure and key drivers will enable cost optimization
Expert negotiation, communication, influencing and analytical skills with the ability to develop & lead supplier and business partner relationships
Strong knowledge PCB fab markets, key players and transactions
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
You are a solution and results orientated leader that is known for your ability to deliver
