We are looking for a Production Process Verification Leader (PPV) to join Airbus in Broughton, UK. You will join the Manufacturing Engineering department and work cross-functionally with Operations and Quality teams.
It’s a great opportunity to join a growing team with the responsibility to verify parts of the production process within the industrial system to produce products. The main deliverable of the role is to ensure the Industrial System efficiency and readiness for our ramp-up.
Aerospace is a regulated industry with changes made to the process to allow for changes in demand and keep Airbus processes evolving. This role forms a key part of assessing and planning incoming workload, maintain register, update KPIs, manage PPV risks and issues, ensure PPV closure on time, on quality and on cost so as to allow the site to keep running smoothly.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
Organise PPV activity in collaboration with a multi-functional team: assess and plan incoming workload, maintain register, update KPIs, manage PPV risk and issues, ensure PPV closure on time, on quality and on cost.
Coordinate and perform PPVs through the full process, by collecting evidence, analysing criteria, assessing status and capturing any issues or actions.
Local management of supporting resources
Collaborate closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations and Quality teams.
Ensure process compliance and adherence by supporting internal and external audits.
Improve PPV process through improvement proposals such as digitalisation or process improvement.
ABOUT YOU
A background process improvement/verification/validation from a assembly focussed manufacturing environment
Experience planning/coordinating people and processes within manufacturing, within departments such as Operations/Quality or similar
Strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach
Working knowledge of industrial processes and quality standards.
