You will be joining a company in the Kidderminster area for a new part-time role in the HR function. This is for temporary cover to support additional workload and will be ongoing, you will be working with an experienced HR manager and a friendly and supportive team.
Your new role
The primary functions of this role will include managing personnel records, actively participating in the employee lifecycle, addressing employee HR queries, employee relations to include investigations/disciplinaries, flexible working requests, welfare meetings and ensuring strict adherence to HR policies and procedures.
