An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic person to work as part of the Respiratory Physiology team to provide comprehensive administrative support specifically for the Sleep and Home Oxygen Assessment services. 3. Maintaining relationship with Clients – Checking in on Client’s status; Medication and recovery status after procedure/surgery.

4. Updates – Google calendar and client’s group chat.

5. Documentation – Clinic bills; MC (Medical Certificate)/HL (Hospital Leave) validity; discharge summary; medical reports; CPAs (Certificate of Pre-Authorization); pre-preparation documents and information needed to send us before 1stConsultation/Admission.

6. Following Guidelines – zero error approach; sense of urgency; responsiveness; integrity on responsibility.

7. Home visitation for clients – golden hours 7-8pm; mandatory.

8. Arrangements of Physio sessions – prepare clients for minimum of 10 sessions.

Sales Flow:
