The Associate Client Solutions Architect works directly with our Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) clients and/or client service teams to create database solutions that address key business needs. The AFC provides consultation and investigation on requested changes to assigned category and database structures, making recommendations on solutions that best address the clients business needs. After clarifying the project scope, the AFC supports the work using our standard operating procedures and working in concert with other teams and players. The ACSA consults with the client during key events and/or reviews to ensure continuous alignment on the project scope and expected outcome.

The Sales Lead for Singapore is responsible for driving sales of GfK’s (by NIQ Company) retail audits and digital adhoc solutions with specific focus on point-of-sale within local domestic market. He/ she would also be effectively managing key client accounts to ensure overall client satisfaction with GfK (by NIQ Company) services, thereby achieving continuous revenue growth for the business.

Role Purpose:
Provide full-service management of key client accounts through marketing research information, analysis and reports and identify new opportunities for developing business in Customised Research.

HR Generalist (Chennai/ Pune/ Gurgaon)
Role Purpose
You will provide support to HRBPs on HR issues such as talent planning, team structure, data analysis and transformation initiatives. You’ll help managers and HR leaders identify and address HR challenges within their functions, and work to develop solutions that align with the team goals.
Key Accountabilities
Implementing HR strategy. You will partner with the HR Leader to implement key HR initiatives and interventions that support the business strategy.
Retaining talent. You will be an active contributor to the implementation of defined retention strategies in partnership with Market HR. You’ll produce reporting and insights to assist HR leaders with measuring impact, and following up on progress.
Talent management and development. You’ll assist with the organization and execution of Talent Reviews. You will also ensure accountability for action plans, and help maintain up to date succession plans.
Organizational effectiveness. You will support your respective HR leader in executing against organizational effectiveness strategies such as workforce planning, process changes, workflow changes, hiring review. You’ll assist with the development of competencies and new role profiles. Additionally, you’ll leverage data to contribute to business cases for location strategy, compensation changes, talent planning etc. You will also develop and maintain tools to track progress against key initiatives and strategic workforce planning (e,g hiring , out of cycle compensation reviews etc).
Employee relations, labor relations and performance management. You will support the HR leader in identifying situations that require employee relations interventions eg. performance improvement plans, investigations. and engage Market HR who will lead the correct approach and process.
Culture, values and Diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) You will assist HR leaders in the roll out of HR initiatives that support the organization's values, mission, and DE&I goals. You’ll also support the roll out of key global initiatives (eg. engagement survey) at the function or market-facing team level, aligning with Market HR when relevant.
Change management and communication. You will assist with the roll out of key change initiatives and communication campaigns. You’ll partner with internal comms to develop communications. Additionally, you will support your respective HR leader in building change management materials, gathering appropriate stakeholder feedback and executing against plans.
Financial acumen. You will provide your finance business partner and respective HR leader with required inputs to guide building and managing to our operating plan and 3YP. You'll demonstrate an understanding of the financials of the businesses you support.
Skills and Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent business experience.
3-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar role.
A track record of translating data and metrics into measurable HR trends.
Ability to translate complex data analysis and research principles into terms that can be understood by a broader audience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to convey complex information concisely, simply and with clarity through presentations and business commentaries.
Demonstrated financial acumen
Experience implementing HR strategies that are aligned to the organization's overall strategy and goals
