Main Responsibilities:

• Photography of new launches, campaigns & flat lays
• Videography of new launches & campaigns.
• Creation of storyboards for campaigns, new launches.
• Daily visual design creation across various channels.

• Assist in photoshoots, styling & planning.
• Research and propose new ways to execute creative campaigns.
• Provide assistance to Brand Team on advertising campaigns, social media campaigns, events, product launches.

Competencies:

• Design and create creative visuals using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator.
• Videography and post editing skill required using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Photo-editing and retouching using Adobe Lightroom

Requirements:

• Skilled in Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Canva.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for management of leases which includes preparing and checking lease documents, checking and activation of contracts, preparing and maintaining tenancy schedule and monthly management reports for submission.
• Showing of available units, following up with leads and offers, and offering a good insight into market rental comparisons to propose lease rates etc
• Responsible for lease documentation, audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, tenant and other related lease management functions
• Enter information and data into the system and maintain the database, as well as monitor the status of lease documents.
• Execute the arrears management process in collecting payments from tenants of a portfolio of properties, prepare arrears report on a regular interval and present the recovery plan for delinquent cases.
• Develop and maintain cordial relationships with tenants and attend to all feedbacks/requests promptly.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of of relevant experience in lease management.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
